I tried calling but after getting the busy signal again and again I will post on here. After waiting in line for 20 mins, I get home and everything I ordered was supposed to be supreme, and not one thing is correct. This is the 2nd time this week they charged for supreme and nope. The first time I called and of course busy, so I just passed it off as a mistake. Nothing like being sick and not being able to eat for weeks, then finally craving something and it’s wrong
I have to down grade my review....it was previously a 4 star....but in lieu of having hair in my food....never again
Contact messed up order. Yall need to find more people who know how to be nice on yalls nights. Also I'm missing my food I paid for.
This is the one of the best Taco Bells I’ve ever been. I do eat here consistently and service has always been prompt. First time going inside today and the place looked and smelled clean despite the lunch rush. Manager solved a problem I had without asking and the overall feel was positive, good team work from staff.
Worst Taco Bell in Lawton. I live nearby, bad tacos with bottoms falling out and tasting old 4 out of 4 times I've gone. Nachos bell grande with nearly zero topping and just old nachos. Inside of restaurant had drinks all over counters and trash everywhere with zero customers and staff too busy hitting on the girl who worked there to come to the counter or clean the restaurant. Do not recommend.
They keep charging me for extra cheese when I want just cheddar on the cheesy roll up. That would be fine if they could get it correct. I told them they messed it up last time and asked if they could not charge me this time and the lady said there was nothing they could do. I've talked with the manager before and he was very nice but it just keeps happening.
This has to be by far the WORST Taco Bell that I have ever been to. I came through the drive thru and ordered $35 worth of badly made attempts at the TB Menus. I ordered a crunch wrap and there was almost no ingredients to the center. It had absolutely NO nacho cheese sauce, meat, or the inner hard taco. Just some sad wilted lettuce with some sour cream. The bean and cheese burritos had no cheese and no sauce. It seems like they are out of supplies but not taking things off the menu. I will be contacting my card and reversing the payment.
Really rude, rushing you to order food. Not giving you time to look at menu. Could have been better but what does one expect when going through fast food place.
This taco bell has been a solid 5 since we moved from around the OKC area.. Havent messed up an order (even thru doordash), which is great for one non beef eatter which consists of 90% of the menu so I'm greatful. Thank you Lawton :)
The best taco bell in town. The staff was friendly and polite, the store was clean and neat, and most of all, the food was excellent.
