We arrived at 10PM and waited at the counter for 6 minutes and nobody bothered to help us. My wife stepped in front of the register to tell an employee we needed to order and he said ok. We then proceeded to wait 2 more minutes before walking out.

The staff here is not only unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. Their food is slow and inconsistent. They act like it's a bother if you choose to come inside and orders are mostly incorrect and customers usually unhappy..I abhor any visit to this taco bell in particular. The others are fortunately not the same.

Came in at 546pm and placed an order on the kiosk they have in the lobby. At 626pm I still had not got my order. When I inquired about the order. The kiosk never communicated to the staff that an order had been placed. The gentleman, (Mr. Mason) that came out to help with issue was not nice at the beginning of the conversation. He had to call his boss due to no one knew how to do a refund. They offered to make the food and give me a credit on my next order. They did make some of the food I ordered but not all of it. I was so disappointed with the customer service that I received, I did not check the food to insure it was all present. My order was for 27 items with a total cost of $47.11. When I git to my house I had 11 items out if the 27 I originally ordered. This facility may be close to where I live and they may have offered a credit to my next visit, not sure I will return. They were not paying attention to the front counter inside the facility. Multiple customers came in and walked out due to waiting to be served for more than 5 minutes and no one acknowledged they had entered the facility. This facility really needs to have training on how to give great customer service.

Opted to dine in. Stood in front of the counter with 3 others for over 7 minutes waiting to order while their cashier just walked back and forth either trying to find something or just catering to the drive through eventhough they had 5 other employees around. They just have to step up their customer service a little bit more.

I had the most delightful and fun experience with sabo1! Funny, friendly, and highly efficient in his position. I was impressed at how knowledgeable he was about the menu and answering every question for the kids

I went through the drive-through on 1/26/22 and only two guys were working, which means they were short-handed, both guys were kind, courteous and worked really hard for their customers. Great job guys.

I just left Taco bell on cache rd. I ordered a steak power bowl and this rice isn't cooked. Nothing but hard rice. I can't even enjoy my meal I paid for. And they had for not giving recipes. Thanks to cashapp. Horrible. Do better.

Apparently, another shipment failed to show up and they were VERY limited with product. You would think customer service would shine during these hard times but nope, customer service was as bad as their available menu. Save yourself some toilet paper and heartburn and just go to the grocery store to make your own tacos ?.

I usually love Taco Bell. It has been a favorite for a awhile, but these last visits have been the most disappointing! When I received my orders the bag wasnt even remotely warm! The staff is great, the guy that took my order was great as well but the food was of the poorest quality.

It seems that catering to intoxicated individuals lowers your expectations for any other customer after 10pm. When I tried to order an additional item at the window. I was told that doing that was against policy. So, I just drove back into the line............. then you closed? When do you close at 2am on Friday's? But then I was able to place an online order for pick up shorty after? Look at this food you gave me! This is horrible! You can't even fill a drink to the top?
