The comment below had the same issue as me, asked for a quesadilla, the girl asked me if I wanted the jalapeño sauce, i said yes and didn’t even receive it in my bag. SMHFlavor is good but accuracy and quality of product presentation is lacking, y’all need to step it up. The picture shows what my burrito looked like upon opening. No bueno.
I won't go to any other Taco Bell in town. The one on Sheridan is always friendly and I haven't had to worry about my food allergies. When I tell them no onions I never have to take it back in to be replaced. Nothing ruins my day like having to go get a shot in my butt because someone puts an onion on something. I've never had to worry about it at this location. Great job people!
I asked for a sub of chicken instead of beef because I don’t like the violence, I called the store talked to the manager and she could have seemed to care less even with me being positive and nice about the situation.It’s just to bring it to the point if we pay for what we pay for and don’t get what we ask for it’s pointless spending extra money, honestly disappointed and won’t be coming here again.If the lady does not have time to care about the related issues that somewhat involves her by work of choice then that is okay, I just won’t have time to waste my money on Taco Bell.
This is the absolute worst Taco Bell store I've ever been to the employees are nothing but rude and absolutely unprofessional they forgot two of my items I didn't get to look right away it was not even 20 minutes after I had got the order I was busy at work and didn't even get to sit down and eat anything right away not only did they call me a liar but they hung up on me too I went into the store and luckily the lady I spoke to the manager explain to her the situation and she went up and confronted it and everything and I asked for a refund she gave me my refund she was probably the only person there who wasn't a complete jackass so thank you to the manager that was working about 1:00 I really appreciate you
Today was my first time at this Taco Bell. They are very fast, order was correct, employee was very polite to me. No complaints whatsoever.
Fast courteous service with a smile. Nice clean area in dining area. Food was good no qualms about anything thanx taco bell
I shouldn't be surprised at the unprofessionalism at this Establishment as 90% of Lawton's fast food Franchise places are just as vile as this Taco Bell's Staff. They have completely forgotten that it is the CUSTOMER WHO PAYS THEIR CHECKS. The food was not cooked right and the pack of tacos that were ordered were made correctly. I will not go back there ever. If my money is not returned I will dispute it with the bank. I refuse to have the order replaced because the vile woman I spoke to on the phone made it clear that she is in no way Customer friendly.
The staff members are a 5 star service. They were very friendly and patient. The owner needs to out money back into their business because the equipment seams to keep on not working.
Service was terrible. Had to wait 30 minutes after they stated the order was ready. The people were rude and when finally get the food the hard tacos were so soft they fel apart not to mention the food was cold. The drinks were the only thing they got right only because they had to wait to make them
Took 30 minutes waiting in line and my order was wrong. Seriously no receipt either? Plus they forgot one of my gorditas. Yeah not happy about that.Update: Went there again and my order was missing food again. Called the store and then the manager proceeded to call me a liar saying it was in the bag, are you joking??? Yeah needless to say I ain't coming back to this one.
