This is the friendliest Subway which I ever been to. Staff greet every customer when he/she comes in or goes out. Food is good. I recommend this store.
Good eats & service with a smile can't ask for much better than that!
If you want a kids meal, don’t go there because what they/he told me is they don’t have kids meal. Plus, cucumbers were bad due to freezer burn.
I placed my order on the app, giving them extra time to prepare. When I got there, my order was not ready. I asked Kyle and he said give me a moment, as he was finishing up a customer. Figuring that my sandwiches were done. He finished up, and then BEGAN to make my order. I've never had an issue placing an order on the app. He then started to read the ticket and started the tuna sub, and read the other one which was the Baja steak and Jack. He then casually stated i don't even know what that is, tossed my ticket and bread to the side and started to help the people in line. Completely ignoring me. After waiting 10 minutes inside, I was beginning to be a little frustrated. I asked why to which he explained that they didn't have the baja which was fine, however he could have offered an alternative. I've placed orders that were not available at other locations and they've always called me to explain and ask if there were an alternative. I guess Kyle figured that despite placing my order nearly 45 minutes in advance was too much for Kyle to handle. Kyle really needs to work on his customer service. And professionalism. And probably needs a hair net.
I honestly don't even know where to begin...3 simple footlongs( club w/ everything on wheat- cold, spicy Italian melt on wheat and Baja steak melt on Italian. All 3 requested add jalepenos.WHAT WE RECEIVED: Club on white, melted no jalepenos.Spicy Italian melt on white-NOT melted.Baja steak, NOT melted on white bread w/ no jalepenos.The associate knew nothing about what goes on each sub. But when you're standing face-to-face, there shouldn't of been mistakes of this magnitude.Considering the prices we are now paying for these sandwiches, this shouldn't be happening. And the lackadaisical responses from the associate's doesn't help the situation either.Will NOT be returning as a customer for a bit. In these times, we all work very hard for our money and I would rather spend it on a business that is actually taking the time to care about genuine customer service.
In years past, this was the worst Subway in Lawton. However, they have completely turned the place around. I won't go to any other location in town. Today, Sep 10th, the 2 ladies working were a delight. I saw one name tag that said Janae and the other young lady. Quick, polite and the beat sandwich that I've had in awhile. Keep up the good work!!

Last time there, stood thirty minutes in line with one customer ahead of me and half the line walked out of the door. Today stood there twenty minutes with one customer ahead of me while the guy ignored the customers and cooked and prepped bread for ten minutes looking like he showed up to work late and didn't prep the store before opening it. Do not recommend.
