My wife had a taste for banana nut bread & white chocolate mocha coffee this was about 9:30 am so we went to the store on 82nd ( not as crowded as cache Rd) when we got there the drive-through was out it order, went inside, a little busy, I made my order for (2) two. had to wait about ten minutes, when I received my order it was for (1) one, so I questioned why that happened, the short female with the Multiple hair colors was very agitated and develop an attitude with the question, so I waited an additional 10 minutes and got my order sarcastically and with a roll of the eyes…my wife & I are 65 yrs young & a veteran of 25+ yrs service, there was no respect or courtesy given very poor customer service…

My iced lattes always taste like milk at this location, idk if they’re not adding the correct amount of espresso for the size it is or what they’re doing wrong. I prefer my coffee to taste like coffee, not sugar water.

Wesley was amazing. Fixed our drinks until they were perfect. Ordered a vanilla bean blonde coconut latte and it took him 3x but he got it perfect. Customer service is great and this guy deserves a raise and a unicorn!! Thanks so much!
We asked for three separate things and the answer was we are out, don’t see it and we don’t have it. We left after the 3rd time of trying to order something. Is it poor management, not being trained properly, what?!?!?!
