The workers are always friendly and helpful. Like most places, they are suffering from ingredient shortages, but they try their best to offer an alternative. Love my Starbucks!I'd like to thank Starbucks for hiring outside the box, and allowing all to work there, and not discriminating against those that live outside the norm in our society. This establishment is constantly out of stuff. You will wait in line for 20 minutes for them to tell you they are out of most items food and beverage. They are better off telling you what they don't have. This way you're not wasting your time in line. I don't know who does their inventory but they are not very smart and should look for a different type of employment.
How are the Starbucks on Cache Road, and the Starbucks on 82nd both out of white chocolate syrup? I might get in the mood to have coffee from a coffee company 2 or 3 times a year, and of course Starbucks of all places doesn't even have a white chocolate mocha.P.S. Fix your drive thru
Usually a great place. Staff is great, the temperature of the drinks were not as hot as I am used to.
I hate this Starbucks. Maybe the window girl had a bad day. IDK... Gave me the wrong drink, who is Delaney?!? No one knows... replaced it, new one had no label ??. Was it even mine?!? We'll never know because I tossed it out!! They need better training.
Soooo, my daughter tells me today that her and her BFF went to Starbucks and bff ordered a venti water with 10 pumps of raspberry syrup....she said they handed it out the window and it was clear.... daughter asked BFF for a taste and she said MoMmY it was sooo good ANND it was only $.80....so I said let's go get one....we order and the guy said u know I have to ring it up as a venti custom iced tea....why do u have to ring up water as tea?? I just kind of said okay and pulled around and he came to the window and said $8.48 I said for two waters with raspberry syrup???? He said yes we have to ring it up as custom tea I said but that's not tea it's water and he said yeah but with the raspberry corporate said we're losing money putting raspberry flavoring in water well no because you're not really charging me anything for the water you're charging a dollar for the raspberry syrup.... He said well we'll do it for you just this one time but I don't know about next time....who said there will be a next time????
The staff here are so friendly. My beverages are always perfect and served in a timely manner.

I always give Starbucks 5 stars because I very much enjoy the hot chocolate and cake pops
