Two stars because food was cooked well. The service needs worked on, didn't tell me they were out of what I ordered they just gave me something else without asking and the ladies at window were just rude even though I was polite even after being spoke to rude lol. Probably won't be back to this location.
I don't know if it this sonic or not, but remember having a little more chicken when I use to order popcorn chicken. It seems to be mostly just crust. Slush and ice cream are still pretty good though.
I just waited almost 15 minutes in drive through for a route 44 sweet tea..before I get to window I get asked if I'm door dash..when I get to window..im told I have to wait for a fountain drink.. I'll never use drive through again!
Over all it was good. It was 9:15 Sunday night so it was busy in both the drive thru Lane and stalls.I think that the first stall I parked in may have been malfunctioning b/c I was never greeted. However after changing stall numbers and activating the red button, my order was promptly taken. Everything was hot & fresh and delivered quickly.
Usually won't have a problem bc they are good but they sometimes dont listen at all.. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and had to go back to get it remade but it took long just for a burger.. like gas ain't cheap bc im still waiting 25 mins later....
Went to sonic tonight and ordered 2 milkshakes a choc oreo master shake and a reeses oreo master shake they drizzled a little pbutter ontop of mine no reeses added and my husbands wasnt chocolate they do this a lot and it really sucks when im spending 10$ on milkshakes for them to not be what we are wanting.
SDI is in an excellent location and serves quality services ? What I like best are the food is always served fresh, hot and delicious ? I highly recommend you bring your patience because it might take a little time to bring your food but I guarantee it is worth the wait ✋ Providing you order it with specifically ? 5☆
I was frustrated with my online order and having no condiments and the order being wrong. However Davie the manager went about and beyond by replacing my meal after reaching out and also was the one to deliver me my food and apology in person and thanking me for another chance. Best customer service I have had in a while and I felt heard about my complaint and easiest fix ever! I will always come back to this sonic!
Only went there once. My order was wrong and the food was okay. There is a large menu selection for a fast food restaurant and the staff was very courteous and professional overall.
Love, love, love Sonic. I'm sad/happy there's not one near me or I'd gain weight.Their food is slightly better than typical fast food fare, and lots of hot dog options which isn't that common (if you like hot dogs).However, it's their ice cream I go for. Their soft serve is really good, whether it's in a shake or a "Blast" (their Blizzard). They NEVER skimp on the toppings. Highly recommend.
