The drinks are NEVER marked so it's very difficult to tell apart certain drinks when they are similar such as diet vs regular. The drinks are more often than not, completely wrong!!! I have called multiple times to complain because I literally go at least once a day, sometimes more, and most of the time I end up wishing I had just gone to another location. The manager one time told me I was wrong because she had made my order herself.... This Sonic is a JOKE!!! I understand what the job is like because I did it for 6 years, there is no excuse for the amount of errors made simply because someone isn't paying attention. I don't normally leave bad reviews unless they are really deserved, this place deserves the review they were given.
Great service before 4PM. At about 8PM they forget what service is and more focused on the timers for orders, not that they will bring it out when they say they will. Online order, get there, put my stall number in, get the whole order received, in the kitchen, then on the way. Wait 10 minutes hit red button and they get all confused then say oh we found the order will have it out shortly, loosely translated to another 10 minutes for 2 small shakes and a 44oz drink. From here on out I will never order after 4PM from this place again.

Originally I'm from Oklahoma, but live in Alberta Canada. Every time I'm home, first place I hit up, is Sonic. You guys should open up in Calgary!! Please!!
This is absolutely the worst sonic in lawton. Always closed before closing time, or they're sitting machines down early. We wanted a Sonic blast and got there 40 min before closing. Theyve already took the machines apart to clean it. Ill definitely be sending a email to corporate.
Worst customer service I’ve ever come across in Lawton. Whoever Natasha is, she needs a serious lesson in customer service and an overall attitude adjustment. Will be a cold day in hell before I go back to Sonic on west Cache Road in Lawton.
One of the rudest employees I have ever come across—Natasha—and even after making me wait at the drive through so long I finally pulled around to the window, giving three people my order over and over, getting cut off rudely twice by Natasha, they still got my order way wrong.
