My first visit to RIbCrib was a little subpar. They draw you in with an intoxicating aroma of smoke and the promise of delicious food. After walking in the restaurant we discovered that it smelled much like the dispensary next door. Not a big deal. Probably not much that can be done about that. I ordered the 4 meat combo and chose brisket, pulled pork, turkey, hot links, sweet and smokey beans, and corn on the cob.Turkey: dry, yet had good flavorPulled pork: little to no smoke flavor with no rub flavor. Only tasted pork shoulderHot links: flavor was lacking, but spice level was good. A little Greasy.Brisket: dry but tender. Definitely over cooked. no smoke flavor or smoke ring. Nothing. No flavor other than that of an overcooked oven-baked brisketCorn on the cob: it was alright, but it is pretty hard to mess up corn on the cobSweet and smokey beans: flavor was pretty good, overall. Sweet and smokey was a little heavy but was good.Overall, not the best but 2 stars for the staff. Friendly and super accommodating.
The food was great, but they had a long wait time on food. We were informed there wasn't any ribs, turkey, or spuds when we walked in the door. Which was fine, because we decided to get chicken. Well as we begin to order, there wasn't anymore chicken available either. So pretty much only sausage and hot links. We were informed the reason for the shortage was because one of the employees didn't put the meat out as they were supposed to. The sausage and hot links were great though.
Decent food for a really good price. The staff is genuine and professional. All a around well done!
Best food I have had since arriving at Lawton. Ribs are full of flavor, and I had a to-go meal also; it was a sandwich super good loved it.
This usually a good place to eat at and I've had their salad before. They were good and food is at your table at a decent time. But this time around, my salad was only pretty on the top with all the fixing, but underneath was nothing but nasty old/withered lettuce leaves. I had to watch my family finished their meal as I wait for a new meal, by the time I got my food, my family got to watch me to eat mine which just ruined the whole family time. Granted the manager tried to fix it by not charging me my meals (the salad that was nasty and the new meal (chicken tenders)). The salad was their messed up, that should've never been in consideration to be included in the receipt in the first place and the new meal should just been a completely on the house (which they did). The waitress was apologetic, which this was out of her hand. However, they missed fixing the whole picture...my family DID NOT get to enjoy eating a warm meal together!!!
Visiting Lawton, looked for great BBQ, found it here. Brisket was one of the best I've had. If I lived here I would be back weekly.
We love rib crib. The service has ALWAYS been very pleasant. Our server today was especially nice. I don't like going out to eat but will always try to make it to rib crib.
The food was pretty good, but I didn't get that smokey bar b que taste that I love. I enjoyed the ribs and the green beans .
I simply love the rib crib! This is my grandmothers favorite spot for barbecue. The staff here is very friendly and they always have a smile on their face, ready to help you gym at every turn. I can’t wait for us to be able to visit again after this COVID ??
1st RibCrib opened in Tulsa,Ok. Best barbeque restaurant around. I now live in Abilene,Tx where many barbeque places have come and gone but no Crib. When I find a Crib I stop. So hard to choose best item on the menu !!
