Staff was extremely slow. Only two ppl working front & assembling food, but 4 or 5 other employees were just milling around. The emoyees carried on their private conversation as I waited to order. Food was ok but overpriced--similar to Taco Bell in flavor. Employees behavior is a direct reflection of their leadership/ management and training. Very disappointing, won't go back.
I got food poisoning so beware. I called to let them know and I was literally being so nice about it, and he proceeded to give me an attitude and told me they check the food temperature every hour. So yea
Went to get lunch here. Asked for a grilled quesadilla w/ steak. Guy behind counter made it like usual (cheese down, then steak) but immediately put it into the press instead of asking me what I wanted on it. They tried to charge me until I finally got it across to then that I wanted more than just steak and cheese and that I was never offered any fillings. They did a remake but instead of putting cheese down then steak, they just slapped the steak directly onto the Tortilla...I told them never mind after seeing it being made wrong a second time...left and will never be back!
From the Amazing Staff going the extra mile to assure everything is just right, to the freshness and quality of the food, cleanliness of dining area and bathrooms, I have always been 200% satisfied and happy when it comes to this QDobas Location. If any Military in town wanting to try this spot & come across my review, I give this place a 10Plus out of 10!!!!! I come back every chance I get.
Today I saw a worker, while my order was being prepared; going through swapping out food while wearing no gloves, no mask, no hair net, and cursing and shouting racial slurs. Later to find that there was multiple pieces of hair in my food when I got home. This Qdoba is known to hire workers that generally don't care about customers, sanitation, their job, food quality, ect. I'm not sure why this regularly has been an issue for the past 2 1/2 years I've lived near this place. And I know for a fact that I am not the only individual that has had the same experience.
Fresh food made to order by a friendly staff in a timely manner! What else can you ask for?! Great place for dine in or take out and they even have awesome seating outside when the weather is nice!
Had a door dash order the totally chopped it! When I called the lady was rude and asked me to come get it as I did! Then they made rude comments to me after getting there! I understand that people mess up but don’t be rude! And say you gotta pick your battles! It’s simple fix the issue!
This is my first time at this location, but the man that made my order had amazing customer service (I wish I got his name). The food itself was amazing. I love the variety of sauces and toppings to choose from. I like my tacos to pack a punch of flavor, so this place is ideal for me.
Tried to grab tacos tonight and they really didn’t want to help me just as McDonald’s tonight. Maybe is the attitude of this area but I asked for steak tacos and she really didn’t feel like helping me. As she asked me what I wanted in the tacos I noticed they didn’t have anymore veggies. I asked will they be bringing more out and was rudely told no they weren’t. Once again I walked away after telling her never mind. This strip of businesses on the street is something else. I hope I never have to come to this area again for work
The food was cold … all of it! The food was put in the bowl so haphazardly that the rims were covered in the topping I requested … will never return!
