We went to the drive thru, my fiancé and i. He made the whole order, 11 piece spicy sides are mashed potatoes gravy on side and Cajun fries, to which he was responded to with WHAT! Like rude. Then she said they couldn’t hear, so i was like no big deal, I’ll say the order, so i do, mid way through the lady started yelling at me she couldn’t hear. I started over my order and she said they didn’t have the 11 piece and that they only had a 10 piece i said ok I’ll get that then. Then i ordered the mashed potatoes and the fries which they didn’t make the order a meal, so i had to pay for it as if it were separate. Then she yelled at me she couldn’t hear me again after me trying to order my nuggets. So she said to pull up, we did, then the lady said you had a 10 piece and potatoes and i just said yeah.Pretty much she didn’t get the fries or chicken nuggets, but i had given up at that point. We get back home only to find out THE CHICKEN WAS NOT SPICY. Worst experience I’ve ever had. No biscuits as well
Great food but I missed the two pies I ordered. Make sure you have your full order before you leave.
The order was partially inaccurate and there was wa mouse in the lobby. The manager was a bit snappy about it not being their fault about a mouse coming in the door, yet the kitchen door was open in the back.
Greated by manager who held the door open for me and my husband! Told me how to get the best deal.. overall clean. Staff seemed motivated and they interacted as a well oiled machine. Good job everyone!
Food is good for your average fast food chicken joint! Service is fairly fast and drive-thru doesn't usually backup. There's always good deals thru the app too! There is a female manager that constantly berates the employees by yelling at them and talking down to them in the drive thru unfortunately, I wish I didn't have to hear and see this every time I go
Ive never eaten at Popeyes, I told the cashier (didn’t catch her name) to give me the best Popeyes experience ! She went above and beyond and I’m so glad I stopped in!! Food was amazing
Normally they have good service, but tonight i had to go back for drinks and part of my order 2 sereperate times. I understand it being new years but honestly
So I love Popeyes! This particular location was my first job and worked there. When was 16-18. Over the years I still go..some bad and some good experiences. When it’s bad it bad..lol. It has been ok lately. Last few times always one thing wrong tho. First time ordered blackened strips and got mild had to go back.2nd time forgot shrimp had to go back. This time all good except one thing! I got home and my chicken strips were cold. Not even warm. I live 5 min away. Not like I expected em to be out the fryer hot but they def were left in warmer for longer then 20 min allowed if I got home and they are cold. Had to reheat them myself. So disappointed. This is the lawton, ok location
Was good! Never had bad food from here. They were busy but got our food in a timely manner. I need a jumbo red beans and rice option!
They were rude and nasty and didn't want me in the restaurant. As soon as I walked in they had attitudes with me and was dry when speaking to me. But they welcomed another customer in with no issue. They weren't dry with him or nasty towards him but they were to me for some odd reason.
