Placed and order online, for a large stuffed crust pizza with 4 marinara sauce. When we picked up the pizza They told us that the sauce was in the Box, we believe them. And once we got home and open the Box to eat the 4 sauces were not there there. We called the restaurant, I'm the girl that we spoke to said she didn't know what what to do and she would have to get a manager. So we talk to Ebony, It was the manager on shift and she told us that we can come up here and get the 4 sauces.. Didn't offer a refund and we didn't want to drive all the way back over there. After asking for the refund again She was asking for a card information over the phone to pull up the order. She asked for the ticket or phone number to pull up the order. If they can pull up all of the information with the and with the phone number or the order order ticket number. But for some other reason she still needed the card number. Didn't feel comfortable giving it to her over the phone since it already seemed like they had a problem with us wanting the 4 sauces that we had paid for. This isn't the 1st time our order hasn't been correct. If you're gonna order from here make sure you check all your food when you get it
I usually order from a different pizza hut but since I was at work I had to order from this one. I placed my order for 1 pizza and a 20 oz drink at 6:19 pm, my pizza was delivered to me at 7:45 pm. So most likely will not order from this pizza hut again.
The pizza was perfect it had all the ingredients I ordered and it was delivered on time. The driver was courteous and respectful
Put in an order online. Waited an hour. Never got delivered. I called and find out they have no delivery driver and get asked if I would like to pick up my pizza. I show up get my pizza. It is cold.. they forget my two 2 liters. And when I get home it is NOT EVEN what I ordered. I call and tell them and they offer me a $10 credit when I just paid $60 bucks for nothing that I wanted. I need my money back. This is ridiculous.
I understand that it is Christmas Eve but all of Google says that y'all are open till 11:00 yes I get that Christmas Eve might affect these hours but why did you let the app still place an order and it was set to send at 7:00 the time is now 7:37 this is ridiculous y'all need to fix it like now
The tracker did not work. Our pizze took over 30 minutes to deliver once it was out for delivery. By the time we got it the pizza was cold. Tried to call the store but got no answer and the second time I tried to call I I hung up on. Beyond disappointed
Ordered the triple treat box the other day and one of the pizzas was completely wrong. Wasn't even the right cut style :/Had it delivered, so couldn't even take it back
Worst Pizza Hut in town. I order pizza twice a week for my family and it never fails that they mess up the order every time. The excuse they give me is that they’re “Understaffed”. I’ll be taking my business to the other Pizza Hut across town.

Check your order before driver get tip..I called to change the order an lady said it would be taken care of..an when it got paid an trusted all squared away..but was it NOOOOO.,,,changed price just for not wanting.Marinara sauce into ranch..wow..really...not a big deal but if I'm charged for it.. give the right order.
