OMG the guy working the take out window is HILARIOUS!!! What a pleasure to have GREAT customer sevice!
The cashier was great and the customer service was lovely. However, my order of breadsticks were overdone and super brown and hard. The pizza was good though
I called and was told “We are currently busy, can you call back later” by an employee. I would not have posted this review if not for the lack of ownership of a mistake! I would not recommend!!
The Supreme Pizza I ordered was an old Pizza that had extra toppings added to it, I know this because I worked in the pizza industry for 5 years. They added toppings and ran through the oven again oh, it tasted like a pizza from yesterday that was refrigerated, free top, and then sent out as a another. I am very sad that they did this to my order because I know exactly what happened and I know that Pizza Hut holds their standards higher when it comes to Fresh meals. I may not work order from them again, I am a stickler for quality product for my hard-earned cash.
I customized this pizza with several specific unique combinations of meats and veggies. I was happy that the people/person who made this pizza read all my requests and it was made to order and available when requested for pick up when we arrived.
The Pasta had minimum sauce and cheese to cover it while cooking. This made the Pasta, super crispy and hard. Very difficult to eat and had to be thrown away. In the past, that location had been great with this product. Needs Improvement...
I went to the Pizza Hut on 13 Dec 21 to order 10 Pizza's to be delivered to the Oklahoma Veterans Center on Flower Mound road in 2 separate deliveries. One for the ist shift and the other for the 2nd shift in the Blue Wing.On both separate orders I put my debit card in the machine that the employ had in her hand and she punched in numbers and handed me the card back. I was provided with 2 separate receipts and left.On 16 Dec I got a call from the contact person in the Veterans Center telling me the Delivery person said the Pizza's were not paid for. After finding out that I was on my way to the Pizza Hut they agreed to leave the Pizza's.On my way to the Pizza Hut, I called my Bank and learned that the second order cleared my bank but the 1st order was no where to be seen. So yes that is a problem but caused by the person that took my order and not me.I explained all this to the young manager on duty and he was still showing no pay on both orders. He wS on the phone with his District Manager during this back and forth conversation. They finally saw where the second order was paid for. So I gave the manager on duty my card and we got the ist order paid for. So now all is well.This whole situation was very embarrassing for me and the folks at the Veterans center. At no time did the District Manager speak with me and try to apologize for this situation. The young manager on duty did however agree that it was their mistake and apologize for what transpired. The District Manager needs some Customer Service training. If he would have got on the phone with me , I wouldn't be as angry about this situation as I am.
Best pizzahut location in Lawton. They rarely get my order wrong. The staff here are friendly and remember your name and your goto order.
Been ordering pizza from here for a long time. Generally it's pretty good but, today is the worst it's ever been. Dried out, barley any cheese or toppings. We picked it up within 15 minutes of ordering it so it should have been fresh. I know good help is hard to find now days but wow, just wow...Apathetic employees and management/ownership that's obviously MIA results in a horrible product flying out the window
Pizza was cold and had missing items ! Maybe next time hot pizza with was ordered on it
