I placed my order online and had it delivered. As soon as I selected the “delivery option” I was immediately given the delivery time so I knew how long it would or possibly could be before receiving my order. I read over many reviews and many people complained about the time it took for delivery. I personally think if ordering online PAY ATTENTION to the delivery time. If you’re calling in an order ASK HOW LONG the delivery time is. Now that I have that out of the way, I would like to say that the pizza I ordered tonight was honestly THE BEST PIZZA that I have had in OVER A YEAR. My husband isn’t a fan of pizza, but he made a comment about how good the pizza was. Everything was hot, fresh, and DELIVERED ON TIME! Everyone loves to complain when something isn’t right, but when everything goes good and the food is delicious and made right very rarely do you get a compliment/good review. Let’s do better people!
Today I took my baby for some pizza after his Dr appointment!! I decided to stop in at this location and im so glad we did!! We met an awesome person, Jerrion, and they were absolutely wonderful to us!! Gave us a recomendation on what we should order and checked on our order for us!! My baby had a great time and it was super nice to enjoy an easy lunch with him!! The pizza was yummy!! Cooked nice and hot and delicious!! Thank you for a wonderful lunch!! We'll have to come back and enjoy another delicious lunch together!!
Make your thin crust pizza better. And make sure you add what was requested. Our pizzas were hard as a rock. Ended up throwing them away. Wasted 27.00
First of all I got told there was no delivery drive after an hour of no contact so I had to call myself. Then I get asked to pick up my own pizza. Get home. No Sodas were given. And my order was completely wrong. Definitely not what I paid for. Then I call and get told they will give me a $10 credit when I just paid $60. I am very unsatisfied. Pizza is cold and reheated. Horrible.
I ordered wings and a triple box online for delivery. A member called me promptly and offered an exchange for wings, which they were out of. I received a bbq chicken pizza instead. Delivery was prompt and the food was great!
This is the 2d time I was unable to receive my order. Last time it was due to employees walking out. My order was canceled, after I got a text saying it was out for delivery. I called and called and was hung up on. After finally talking to someone, over 2 1/2 hours later I was finally told it had been canceled. It was almost a week after my order before my money was refunded, I had to call 3 times. Today, I at least got a call, I was told the driver had car problems. Like last time, I again called Dominos and got my order in about 40 minutes. I think I am done with Pizza Hut.

Driver ignored my instructions to not knock. He knocked and waited until I told him to leave in the chair. I selected contact less delivery. I have dogs and did not want to wake the baby. Pizza was not cut all the way through. There were alot of large bubbles in the crust. Overall, was not good at all.
Not take two hours to deliver food and if you are gonna take a while due to understaffing include that information while placing the order. More sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza would be a plus.
