Every one who can afford it these days.I ordered a thin crust to my door topped with the best cheese I have tasted in many years; and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Papa John's is really overrated when compared to the price of the food. I've had better pizza from Domino's and mazzio's
Horrible management. Never get anything wrong ordered correct. We have literally had our order wrong the last 10 times we have ordered and the last time I called and complained I got a 20 credit and they couldn't even get that right. The manager was so rude, hung up on me and when I called back everyone put me on hold without saying a word. Location is lawton Oklahoma
Over 45 minutes late for delivery. Pizza was cold and did not taste good at all.
Online ordering was a pain to get it into fort sill and to my hotel.No place to request parmesan cheese, red peppers, plates, napkins, ect.Order estimate said 30-40ish minutes. Took almost 2 hours. Tracker had it enroute for over an hour and half.Driver got lost and I had to drive to meet him in the lobby of a hotel building I wasn't even staying at to get my delivery because he barely spoke English and couldn't comprehend the issue when I called him.This is why I hate tipping before you even receive the pizza, but they guilt you into it during the ordering process.

Where are the toppings??? I think there is 5 pepperonis very little bacon and a few onions I did not ask for a doughy cheese pizza. Won’t order from them again. I will stick with other pizza places.Update: I called and spoke with a manager. He had the pizza remade and delivered. And this pizza had more toppings but no cheese on it and the pepperoncini looked liked someone bit it. Again I won’t order from here again.
Love that lately the service has been outstanding with the delivery men/women providing plates, cups, napkins, and pepper/cheese packets with your order. The pizza, I have to say, is not always the same but nobody is perfect. Some days I get my pizza right away and its piping hot and fresh and perfectly proportional, some days I get my pizza late and the cheese to crust ratio is off but its still good pizza nonetheless! So thank you to whoever is manager and to the drivers who do more than asked!
This Papa John's has got it going on they delivered before the time stated foods always hot and fresh pizza is always correct and the drivers are always friendly. Good job Papa John's keep up the good work
