I was highly disappointed with the food and service. I purchased two desserts and the expiration date on the package showed Dec 06 21. I called and spoke to the manager who said this is impossible and he wasn't sure what I was talking about. However I could bring the items back to the store for him to look at. When I asked about emailing a picture to him he told no because that would go to corporate. If in fact pastries are made fresh every evening then you may want to re visit how you package items.

My wife and I love this restaurant. We always enjoy coming here and it is always so clean. The place is cozy and always has nice employees that will recommend great dishes if you can’t decide. I make a lot of reviews everywhere I go and I must say. I would rather dine here then a fancy restaurant any day ! Maybe more then the Olive Garden around the corner. Y’all stay positive and good vibes all around from this Panera Bread !!!
Staff and kitchen workers are terrible ! They messed up my order yesterday gave me a completely different order and when I went up to try and get it fixed they messed it up AGAIN . I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today and they messed up my order yet again !! I ordered a whole Cesar chicken salad and got 2 pieces of lettuce and no chicken in a half container when i tried to go back up there to fix it yet again they would not fix my order. I will not be ordering here every again.
I like Panera bread food. Today I was disappointed with the chicken noodle soup. I’ve had it 3 different times and this was the first time I experienced a problem.. my soup was mostly broth with about 5 noodles , 2 carrots & s small amount of chicken. It tasted excellent as usual; I just don’t like paying $5 for broth. It was almost as if who ladled it into the bowl didn’t stir it or go deep enough to get the heavier content. It was still delicious but wished there was more to it.
The place was very clean and staff very friendly. The food was very enjoyable and tasted wonderful. Try the different pastery for desert.
There was only one other person dining in when my husband and I ordered dinner here. Really disappointed with the constant poorly prepared food received at this location. Especially when they aren’t busy.I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup... I couldn’t even eat the “grilled” cheese. It looked too unappetizing.
Only 2nd time here and was very nice and clean environment. The food is so amazing! Definitely worth the money.
I keep thinking if I try something else I will find something good but I'm definitely done wasting money on tasteless food. Got breakfast today and I will never return. The bread is always hard. Had a bread bowl two days ago that was hard and not able to eat. This morning I got an egg white avocado spinach breakfast sandwich. Looks delicious but no it's not. The people that work there are always awesome...just not good food.
For pastry and coffee this is a great place to go. For actual meals it's just okay due to the cost vs. quality of food.
