This place runs like a normal McDonald’s with the day crew . However if u go in the evening/night , Goodluck not waiting 30 min just for them to forget your entire order. Literally just happened to me 10 min ago , not only that but they sent somebody out there to retrieve my receipt becuz they cleared the order already and all he says to me is “u got that receipt bro” ? I said yes and handed it his way , he grabbed it and walked away . That was it. No applogy for the 27 min wait or for forgetting my order . Nothing. To top it off , they bring me back my food another 5 or so min later and they don’t have one of the items we already paid for so they gave us an extra fry Instead. BUT we still had to turn back around because they also forgot the sweet n sour sauce! Avoid this place at all costs if it’s later than 2 o clock.
My kids have enjoyed getting shakes that are half chocolate and half strawberry here for over a year and today they treat me like I’m a liar after telling me they can’t do that lol EVERY McDonald’s we have EVER been to has made it without question.
Sodas taste like the box of syrup never get changed, prices on some things are just ignorant
Quick drive through time. Food was fresh and hot. Polite staff. Utensils and condiments in bag. Consistent results from the current management for a while now, do recommend.
The absolute worst!!! They say this is what a large fry is supposed to look like. This store literally just needs to be shut down!!!
Multiple times has the restaurant screwed up on my order. Either not giving us everything we ordered. Forgetting sauces, messing up on drink orders, orders coming out cold. Horrible.
They gave me the wrong order and then wouldn’t answer the phone! What a disappointment! Plus the drive thru person didn’t even comment as she handed me my order! Your customer service stinks!
It seams busy but in a not so busy neighborhood , I couldn't order what I wanted ( Mc griddel ) and had to Substitute for something else. When does McDonald's run out of stuff? Mabey you should serve breakfast all day Mc D's, so I can order stuff on your terms.
Worst service of all time. They will mess up your order everytime. Enjoy waiting over 10 mins for your food. Dont bother with this trash place
Went thru the drive thru. Very fast and polite service. Food was hot and my order was right.
