I would like to say the last 2 times I have been to this McDonald's that the lady handing the food out the drive through window has been very rude! I ask for ketchup and she says its already in the bag, when I get home the ketchup was not in the bag. This morning I ask again for some ketchup and the same answer, she says it's in the bag and I look and told her it's not in the bag. She then gives me a couple packets . I get home and it was jelly. She was rude when I told her the last few times she said was in the bag and it wasn't. What happened to customer service? I work with the general public and I always go above what I'm supposed to do to make sure that the customer is happy. I will not be back to this McDonald's. I'll fix food at home.
Why is the lobby still closed???! And the staff is telling people they can’t eat inside! The place stinks as soon as you walk in the door, and for a place where people can’t eat inside why are the tables gross?!?Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms! Omg stunk so bad from the dirty diapers that were running out of the trash can in the ladies room as though the trash hadn’t been taken out in some time.The staff was extremely rude!We did not order we just left and I wish I could give less than a one star review
Worst McDonalds we have ever been to. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After taking order, they told us cash only. Got both of our meals wrong. No napkins, no straws. Cup dispensary was filthy. We sat down to eat, and halfway through our meal they told us we could not eat inside and had to take our food and go.
My order was placed using the mobile app. Once again there was something not right with the order. Apparently I got someone's coffee and someone got my Carmel macchiato w/ extra Carmel drizzle. On a good note the biscuit on my sausage egg and cheese was delightfully soft and fresh. Unfortunately it seems no matter what store you visit 4 out of 10 times the order is wrong.
I got robbed went there to get a 1$ shamrock shake through the app. My app had discounted the product but it rang up and charged my card full price at the store. This was the only reason I stopped there. Tried explaining to the staff what happened and no one was willing to help. Great place if you like having your money stolen with unhelpfully staff
Hello this is Brandi..This is not acceptable....your company as mcdonald have discrimination for deaf why???Im deaf and cant hear speakers so i go to that door and they wont let me buy food why??? This is not right how I can communicate them on speaker which is i can't speak or hear....so they refuse serve me food because im disability?? Is that for real??Those address are 3144 northwest cache Rd lawton Oklahoma 73505...Manager name is kayla...time happen at 4:10pm at February 25th 2022Think twice...we are starve for kids i have 5 kids...they wont serve me food because im deaf do u think its right??? Love McDonald's breakfast. They usually do a great job here. There was one time... but don't worry about that. Went many times before church and it has been great many times!
The worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I ordered two McChickens and a big mac and received one McChicken and chicken nuggets.I didn't think it would be a big deal so we went back to get it fixed. Two employees were extremely rude. They took the bag back from me and fixed the order but one of my chicken sandwiches looked like they slid it across a dirty floor so I just threw it away. Too bad I can't leave 0 stars.
Went through drive thru, they repeated order, wrong, corrected it. Got to window, paid, picked up order at window #2, drove up and parked, only to find the order was wrong. Went to the door, locked. Go to other door, locked. People standing around, I asked what do I do? I was treated like a criminal. I finally got my order, and left feeling very disrespected.
Need to learn how to include all items on DoorDash orders. Tired of spending $50+ for half of my order to be missing. It’s not that hard to count the items to ensure all of them are included before sealing the bag.
