Hostile work environment. The manager Linda will open this place up to a lawsuit like none other because it's become her castle and the owner must not be aware of daily practices.You can clearly see the difference between a JOB and career. If the owner happens to be reviewing this page, you should really look into the work place environment. EEOC would lick their lips at the opportunity to lay into this place.
The food is subpar for sure, but the people who work there are SO kind! Overall happy with the service, other than a couple food items that tasted off.
My food was nice and hot. My Mc Donald's in Banning, California needs to learn from this place. The Fries were AMAZING, HOT, definitely Freshly made. Yum!! My Big Mac and Nuggets didn't disappoint either. If you want hot fresh food go here!
Very nice drive thru help. Courteous and timely. My food was hot and as ordered.
My family was looking forward to eating at McDonald's, since it'd been a while since we had a Big Mac. Well, it was disappointing. The drive-thru was very long and very slow (about 15 minutes total).The Big Macs were cold and the fries were extremely salty. It was definitely not worth $8! The dining area was closed, so we couldn't go in to exchange our food.
This is the only place that for past 15 yrs Thier ice cream machine never work. I go to Burger King across the street. No matter what Macdonald's you go to!!!! Also who runs out of ketchup. Every Macdonald's in Lawton Oklahoma sucks!!
Would have rated higher as this location has always been good. I however had bad stomach issues after my meal from here.
We ordered with the on line App. It took our money $18.54 then went to the pickup spot waited over 30 Minutes. Can not get any help because it is only a drive through only. We tried to call McDonald's staff and no one would pick up the phone. We had to get into the drive through line and had to wait another 20 minutes to get to the window. I will not use the App again. Plus the Staff laughted about it very unprofessional. Sad no-one seams to care. They did not have our order and they would not refund.
Price of my favorite breakfast went up 25%. Bought got home and it was cold. Coffee was room temperature.
Fries so salty they were inedible. Need to quit pouring the entire salt shaker in there and use it about every 3 baskets. Totally ridiculous.
