Busy drive thru but fast and efficient. Girl at drive thru was very pleasant.
Horrible service . Messed my order up. Wouldn’t re-make because it took me 7 minutes to get back and breakfast was over , wouldn’t refund either for some reason . Won’t answere phone or allow me to speak to manager . The litteraly sold me 3 separate bread and cheese sandwiches, no meat on anything .
Isn't it about time you realized that C*[email protected] is a hoax and let people in to sit and dine? We are not Chinese. We are Americans. We live under the Constitution of the United States, in a Republic. We don't live under rule by the Chinese Communiat Party.
Food was good but they didn't give me the drinks and I didn't realize it until I got home ?
Ordered at 7:00 am on 1/25/22. Lady who took my order was polite as always. Lady who gives your food gave me a small cup of hot water when I ALWAYS get a large cup. I've been going to this McDonald's for 12 years. I have always ordered a large hot water. No problems, ever. The ONLY lady who has ever caused issue was the one who gives out your food at drive-through today, and her manager. Drive-through lady refused to give me her name. She lied about a manager not being available. I said I knew that wasn't true, and that I would wait for the manager, she allowed the line to back up for about a minute before getting a red shirt. The red shirt said I could only get a small cup of hot water. I told her I've never had a problem before. She said they had new protocols now. I said you should not spring them on 12 year loyal customers. Then she said I could go to a another McDonald's and shut the window in my face. The lady at window lying ( not the one taking order. She's very kind), and Red Shirt allowed a cup of hot water to majorly back up the line during breakfast. Spending rewards then no longer will patronize this McDonald's as long as those two remain. The GM should prioritize "valued" customers over cups of water.
Order through the app if you want your order to be correct! You will still have a long wait and you will probably still get cold fries though
U get a 20 piece nuggets and they only give u 3 sauce and make u pay more money when u ask for 2 more sauce
I ordered cookies and coffee about seven in the evening. I was asked to pull forward, there would be a two minute wait. I watched the clock and finally called the store at 20 minutes of waiting. I hung up because I saw her coming. Then she turned around, went back in and came back a few minutes later. I told her it was an over 20 minute wait, not two, and she just walked away and yelled "Have a good night anyway!" I am not sure what they were doing, because my coffee was room temperature and cookies weren't freshly baked.
Awesome place, just been remodeled and is very clean, and isn't as busy as the McDs on Sheridan rd.
The service was great. The person who helped me had a positive attitude which made me feel great. I wish you could give more than2 ot 3 naplins though..Other than that Awesome!!!!
