My granddaughters are Vegan and although they do not serve, Vegan food, the team members are more than willing to accomadate by allowing same day manager notification/ or notice, for us to bring our own Vegan pizza or drinks. They were happy to help and very nice handling our special request.
This place has aged well! The staff seem happy to be there and are very nice. Roller skating prices are very fair and the rink is nice. The place is clean and the kids who play there seem to have a good time.
We went LOL yesterday, and as usual it was a great experience. I asked if there were any specials, and the Friday special was explained in an understandable, clear way for us to decide how we wanted to purchase. Jeremy checked on us while there to see if we needed anything, and all the games worked perfectly. We redeemed our tickets and the prize booth, and the employees were very patient with us. It was a great family atmosphere and a fun afternoon!
The laser tag arena was well kept, the games were fun, good pizza.The staff was helpful and genuine, and the kids had a blast. We look forward to returning for another visit soon.
We had a lot of fun! All the workers were very nice. Jeremy was exceptional at his kind, caring, friendly customer service. He kept checking on everyone making sure the pizza was good and asking if we had everything we needed. He was kind to all the customers and made sure everyone was having fun! Thank you!
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much at first glance. It is a smaller arcade with skating,laser tag, games and mini bowling. Almost all the games were functional and everything was clean and well kept. They even had Mario-Kart, which is probably where we spent most of our game card. The laser tag was awesome!! Much bigger than I thought it would be with modern guns thatlet you 'tase' and 'reload'. There were even weapon boxes that you could shoot to change what kind of ammo you were using. My husband got me with venom ammo a few times ?. Great experience all around.
So I reserved a place for my son's birthday about a month ago. When I called to verify everything, I was told that my reservation was never put down and they probably wouldn't be able to make it work. I panicked and started calling places. I spoke with the manager and he said that we could have it there and bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way he could. I appreciate this soooooo much. I did not want to tell my 9 year old that he couldn't have his party! Thank you so much LOL
Great place! Reasonable priced. The staff was very nice and helpful making sure we had the best experience possible. Can’t wait to visit again. Not often you find a place for teens and toddlers to enjoy together.
Our Leadership team just went here for our last meeting and it was a blast! Played laser tag for the first time and even though I was hesitant at first because of the darkness but it wasn’t scary at all! Also had an unlimited playing card for games that don’t give tickets and roller skated. The only thing that would have made it better is if the disco ball was on!
Took my son and his cousin. We lost one of the cards after playing games. Nadia came thru and saved the day. She took time out to pull up my info because we also lost the receipt. She issued us another card so that we could redeem our credits from the tickets.
