The Server was great. Start there. Food tastes Great. That's the 3 stars.Either they are cutting portions, or they are out of turkey. If your prices go up, it doesn't mean to cut portions also. Kind of a double whammy. I ordered the Turkey MELT and there was one piece of bacon split between the halves and 2 slices of turkey at most covering only half the sandwich. Basically most of the sandwich was a goopy delicious mess with very little meat. Not worth the price for what I got.
My husband and his friend visited this place and did not receive service because they thought they belonged to the reservation This took place on March 1st . I went with them on 03/12 we waited for the server to come to our table for like 20 minutes. When we realized who she was she was busy talking to some of her Co workers in a table on the other side. Another waiter which was a gentle man came and took our order he apologized for us just sitting there like for 25 minutes. Then waited like 30 minutes for our food to come.
Server was great. Our food was hot and delicious. Pleasant end to the day. Restaurant was clean and not crowded. Will be back.
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This place is over staffed yet they make people wait with plenty of tables open. They give people booths that are party of one. Enjoy leaving the place empty. I see so many people walk out due to 30min waits, place is empty) It’s like they don’t like the money. So much to review. “ get what comes-ihop” don’t like businessI am not a inspector but thanks for my pancakesYummy, took a while. All I ordered was 3 stack pancakes which were free with my voulcher card. It took 15min more minutes to wait on it. It’s not rushing nor was it busy and it was 11am
I feel as IHOP is getting worst and worst at this location. And I used to love it here.. Let me start off I totally understand being understaffed. So the other day we went here it was a extreme wait line. Apparently there is only a certain amount of tables being served. Approx. 5-7 meanwhile the wait was 20 minutes but after 35 min. The same two large groups were still in front of me waiting as well. It definitely indicated that it will take an additional 30 min. But I was not going to do it. So we left. And ate somewhere else.Second time around, that was yesterday.. I ordered a kids meal, chocolate smiley pancake but it was not much of a smile for my son. Since the whip cream is just put in the container..smh then I placed my order crêpes, scrambled eggs, (eggs were delicious by the way) ham, and hash browns. And I asked if I could get home fries instead. Because I don't really like hash browns, it was told it will cost extra. I never paid extra before so I just left it alone. I get my order meanwhile very quickly, my crêpes don't have cream on it just strawberry sauce, also they didn't look as nice as usual. Pretty much throwing together..
Regina was amazing, our food was as well
This is one of the few times it was good there, and I do me few. Though quality has gone down a bit, it was good eats. I have a feeling they remember the last time I was there. So in summary the moral is even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then. Go at your own risk.
Was pretty disappointed with this. Came in about 10 or so with my husband the other night after having not ate all day. There was quite a few people there, but just as many empty tables. Stood waiting to be seated for a solid 5 minutes, with several waiters looking at us but never acknowledging us. A kid who was supposed to be getting off came and waited on us and was super sweet. I get it, it was late and if they were the only staff there I completely understand. But I don't think you could get worse service.
I had breakfast with my daughter and the food was decent. Our waitress was really nice.
Much like other folks this used to be a great place, service and staff. But I guess ever since covid their standards have GREATLY fall. There was no greater, music way too loud. Heater turned up even though it was 70 degrees. It seemed our waiter was new or shy. But it seemed he avoided us. The entire family order the all you could eat pancakes. never once got the offer to get more. Drinks were flat and order was way off. We ask for a burger a particular way. It came out how the menu said. This restaurant has lost a family for a long time. In conclusion I will drive to Oklahoma city or Wichita Falls to eat Dennys!!!!!
