Horrible service and management. Didn’t receive half our order and would not refund our card after they stole our debit card and didn’t give us our full order. Unless you want to wait a week for your bank to send you a new card to have access to your money I’d suggest going somewhere else. Bad service is from hiring bad staff members and poor management skills. Plus they don’t use hair nets and the manager has a rather long beard. Be sure to check your food for stray hairs. ?
I was blown away with the food,we tried the A1 burgers,chili cheese fries and onion rings and they were fabulous! BUT the real treat was the frozen custard! All I could do was sit in the corner and say MMMMM! I got a chocolate brownie concert and my mouth is drooling just thinking about it now. I will see them next month when I'm back in Lawton! Fast and friendly service as well and extremely clean great place to take your family to eat. Our Grandkids loved it there too!
What happened to Freddy’s?? All I get now is a melted concrete every single time I go. I requested another concrete when mine was practically completely melted just to get another one exactly the same!
Went with my family of 6 , husband got a “patty melt “ the meat was as thin as paper . The people were very very nice. GREAT customer service. The food just wasn’t the best.
I went to Freddy’s today and was dismayed at how they were completely of fry sauce. I get that the rank and file employees have no control of the myriad of factors that could have caused this but Fry Sauce is the signature of Freddy’s they wouldn’t have the success they do without the fry sauce. I had to make do with Spicy Fry Sauce and the Fry Seasoning. I felt cheated of the authentic Freddy’s experience and I can say that I was truly crestfallen. I’d had a rough day and I was hoping that a better meal than the DFAC would brighten my spirits. I was sadly mistaken. To add insult to injury the soda lid was not fully secured to the cup and when I grabbed it soda spilled all over my floorboard and my feet. I spent 15 minutes cleaning up the sticky mess of Dr Pepper off my floorboards.
Won’t go back. I love Freddy’s, but this location doesn’t cut it. Food is consistently cold, frys are always limp. If you go through an app for delivery, you won’t get napkins or straws. Pretty much the norm for service in Lawton though.
Quick and painless. Food was good. Order was correct. Price for what I received was reasonable. Really enjoyed it. Thanks!
My first time to a Freddy's ever and the thin burgers were packed with flavor. I had a bite of my son's chicken tenders and those were delicious as well. To bad we don't have thus place in FL.
over half of the fountain drinks were out. ordered the #5, which is a jalapeno double, no jalapenos. ( was told this, well after placing my order) asked for Freddie's sauce for our fries, all they had was spicy, out of the regular. my wife's fries were great, I guess I got the bottom of the bag, mine were all little short ones and. crumbs.
Good food, cooked soon as you order it so it's fresh, thin patties, shoestring fries, not to mention, the FRY Sauce?. The Chocolate Brownie Delight is so amazing, and filling!
