Every few months, they seem to misplace part of my address, cancel, and fail to contact me. When I ask for a discount because it's two hours late, they agree, but they then charge me for the service without the reduction. How silly and unprofessional that they cannot read an address When I ordered pizza two days, three days, and six days ago, my address was always exactly right on the tag, but suddenly it vanished. I didn't pay for the late pizza, at least not at the full amount, so do you want Star? I'm done with them because of their error, so today I'm having Papa John's.
ORDERED FOOD FRM HERE 5/20/22 IT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL BUT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVER HAD BAD FOOD FRM THEM MANAGER LOGAN HAD ME SEND HIM PICS OF MY ORDER I DID HE SAID HE WOULD REPLACE JUST MY PIZAA THE NEXT TIME I ORDERED WELL I CALLED TO GET MY FOOD AND THE SAME MANAGER LOGAN HE REPLACED THE WHOLE THING INSTEAD I THINK HE HAD A CHANGE OF HEART LOL BUT HE FIXED THE ORDER ND IT WAS MADE RIGHT AND IT WAS DELICIOUS I GIVE LOGAN TEN THUMBS UP ? We order about every other week... Kiddos love dominos. I made a mistake with my order and thought it was their fault. I called to asked what my order was and I did in fact order wrong. Logan the manager, was amazing and worked with me to get the correct pizzas. Very professional and great customer service from Manager to delivery driver.
Look at the food. It’s terrible. I do want everyone to know that The general Manager here has reached out and offered to take care of the situation. I’m not wanting anything but for others to have better experiences.
This specific location is a disaster. I ordered 2 2 topping pizzas and an order of lava cakes around 7 pm on a Monday night. At 8:30 after still not receiving the pizzas (we live less than 3 minutes from this location) we called, we were hung up on twice and the third time when someone did answer the phone it was *incredibly* rude. Not only were they rude they were clear we wouldn’t be receiving our pizzas until at least 10:30-11 and suggested we just cancel our order. This location is always a mess. The situation was not at all handled professionally or with patience or kindness.
My food is always good at the Dominos on Cache, PERIOD!! Hands down, the best & their prices are WAY better than the competitors.
Ordered two pizzas, a soda, bread sticks and a salad. Everything but the salad was delivered. Called and the guy said he'd have to contact the driver. Never heard another word. $6.99 for nothing. It may not be a lot to some, but I worked for that money that was basically stolen.
Pulled up to window and employee tell me there is a mistake and they don't have food at this store. I showed him order and store info for online order. He finds order now and says he has to fix hole in his roof and someone else will help me. I Wait 5 minutes and he comes back to check me out same guy like no one else can be bothered. Number on window to call store for assistance is a joke because of recordings on the phone line.
I order a couple of times a month and have it delivered. I've never had a bad experience. The delivery personnel is always really pleasant. I highly recommend this location.
They were concerned about how their food looks, remaking order due to big bubble in pizza. Delicious and will be back
