Rude customer service. Shutting doors 35 minutes before closing and telling my kids we ain’t got ice cream extremely uncalled for.
I’m 8 months pregnant. I had a terrible experience with the girl with the tattoo on her neck working the front desk. She charged me for extra cheesecake bites in my Newyork Cheesecake blizzard. I get it. Paid extra for there not to be one single cheesecake bite. I ask why and if they could put a few in there or put a few in a cup so I can mix it in myself since I did get charged for it. She threw a fit and said it couldn’t be possible and she watched the girl mix it in. I showed her with my spoon that I wasn’t lying. Really I should have made her remake it but she was acting like it wasn’t possible. Terrible customer service. Place was very dirty as well. Bathrooms smelled of pee. Disgusting. Should be called “Ghetto Queen”
Absolutely rude and disrespectful.First they "lost" my Uber order then when they found it the didn't listen to special instructions (no ice in the drinks) when the driver told them they were rude to her and don't want to correct their mistake, then they also gave me a double flamethrower when I ordered a regular double. The flame thrower is disgusting, and they messed up the other burger in the order by making it a double. And I tried callng and they refused to answer the phone.You want to mess up ok cool but then be responsible and fix your mistakes. Also you could've called me but no you rather be rude to the driver. If it was after time it's your fault for loosing the order.
This place was so short staffed 3 people working there only. The food was so nasty. The bun was so big on the burger you couldn't find the meat. None of those employees washed there hands ever, after handling money nor did they wear gloves. The guy who took my order was awesome, but he handled money and never washed his hands either then went to cook my food. Then back to take orders and money. That food was so disappointing.
The assistant manager was amazing, the night we stopped for ice cream through the drive thru. My son is gaining independence and wanted to order but he also has a bit of a speech problem and can be hard to understand, but even though they were busy the assistant manager took the time to understand him and didn't rush or make him feel bad at all. Absolute disappointment. Was looking forward to a good fish basket and winded up with only a sandwich instead do to Oklahoma not having that luxury on fish baskets on their Dairy Queen menu. Fish was over-fried and dry. Staff was short handed and busy horsplaying.Took 30 min for 1 burger, 2 fish sandwiches and French fries. I know what I cook tomorrow and from now on.
Didn't have bananas at first, then after order was placed no full nuts for my peanut butter parfait, then my son got medium sized blast and received a small. The workers seemed stressed and kind of lost.
We get there at 952, they close at 10. The man taking our order was so nice, very pleasant. He did not even seem to mind that we were there so late. The staff was wonderful. The fries on the other hand, some of the worst I have ever had. Hard and flavorless. Work on the fries.
The floor of this place looked like they haven't swept or mopped for a month. I can only imagine what the food preparation area looks like. We ordered two sundaes for dine in and after 20 minutes I had to go to the register and ask where our food was. There was nobody in the restaurant so it wasn't like they were busy. Ice cream is already made, how long can it possibly take to put some hot fudge on it. We will not be back. No excuse for such filth and slow service. Nobody even offered an apology for the wait.
