No matter where it is located Cracker Barrel is always good food. Good service also. We always eat there when in Lawton.
Service at Cracker Barrel is rumored to be shaky, however our server Shannon was as great as the food. My first time at one and I'll be back.
Who knew Cracker Barrel offered Mimosas & other alcohol beverages!! Expect a wait time for good food if you go on Saturday and Sunday.
Ordered scrambled eggs, pancakes, chicken, and coffee. Coffee was good. Eggs and pancakes were good. Chicken was under cooked. Sometimes that happens. They offered to remake it but I passed. Waitress and staff were nice.
I took the family after my sons graduation and though it was our first experience I assure you it won't be our last. We entered through a gift shop so I was a little worried and then once we were seated it was all thumbs up! The fireplace and smell were intoxicating but the food was good... you know when the kids get quiet! It was a refreshing atmosphere almost like being in a cabin having dinner with your family that you didn't have to cook. Well done
The food wasn’t really that good. Cold cheese casserole, cold gravy, and cold scrambled eggs. But, the coffee was great, and the waitress was awesome!
We stopped for a late dinner on Wednesday 2/16 after a long drive from San Antonio, we had the pleasure of having Claudia be our server! She went above and beyond with her customer service! Thank you for making this meal a great experience. We were the last family to leave that evening and she never made us feel rushed. Thank you so much! She is an asset to your establishment.
had a good dining experience. server was earnest and food came out quick. maybe too quick cause the chicken didn't taste fresh. probably just ordered the wrong thing at the wrong time. can't blame em. good friendly location, all the employees were nice
I tried my luck here twice and each time the food that I ordered was not impressive, the shopping area was more impressive out of anything in the entire place. As a matter of fact, my sister’s and I usually stop in for the shopping after we meet down the road. The staff seem to be very friendly and pleasing I just didn’t care for the choices that I ordered, I just like my corn nice and tender instead of rubbery. ??
Nothing makes we more upset then putting in an online order and getting to the restaurant according to the pickup time (12:52pm) and having to wait an additional 30 minutes for the order. This is just ridiculous!!!! I would have left but I prepaid for my food. Also, I would have had to ask my boss for additional lunch time to find food somewhere else and then have to wait for that order to be finished. Online orders are suppose to be timely. I understand an additional 5 minutes or even 10 minutes BUT 30 minutes!!! And, the manager was made aware of the delay in my online order and didn't come and asked if I wanted a drink, dessert or give l a simply apologize (per the cashier whom I heard and saw speaking to the manager by ear mic) . Customer service is NOTTTTT!!! What it use to be. Tickets read 12:52pm but I got my food at 1:24pm.
