The “large” sides are a single coffee cup size & the biscuits were missing… Is it so difficult to check an order before it’s sent out? Another ripoff joint… Never again…
Church's gone wrong.Three consecutive orders have been incorrect, overcharged- ordered mix white/dark, received all dark meat the food was cold and greasy, no biscuits and the okra was cold, moist and soggy.Only thing correct and tasty was the apple pies. Tried calling a half dozen times and no answer, same today. Go there 3 times, all hours and manager not available mornings or afternoon, employees unconcerned.My favorite chicken is no more, it's a shame a national company could care so little.More reason to stick with locals.
I deliver for a delivery services. I went to pickup the order and they were unaware of the order I was there to pickup. Afger everyone inside was taken care of a few other customers came in and the business and place there orders and they were awaof my pick up and got serve there food before my pick up.took 25 minutes and was late. Not impressed as a customer nor services.

Ordered doordash. Missing half of my order. Call ahead and drive there myself to get the corrections. Gets handed a stapled bag so I take it home and open it (my mistake) ITS THE WRONG FOOD! I was missing a box of biscuits and mashed potatoes. I got the mash but no biscuits. I got chicken instead. Granted to most that’s an upgrade…. except when you have toddlers who don’t understand chicken is better than biscuits. Manager said he would fix it and to come back down there. I told him no I’m not driving back I’m trying to let you know your store has some serious quality check issues. He claims labor shortage when there were a total of 5 employees on shift at the time. Labor shortage or not I’d rather my order take an extra 15 minutes than be wrong TWICE.
Was going to post feedback on churchs website but they didn't put a store number on my ticket!Last time I got chicken there it was very good and fresh.Today it wasn't bad but the first two legs I ate tasted like they were leftovers from last week!They were tough and dry!I just tried calling the store at 1925 N.W. Sheridan in Lawton,Ok. but they didn't even answer the phone!
Can't walk in and order. Drive thru is slow as a Turtle. They always screw up the sides order. How hard is it to serve two jalapeno peppers!!!
Haven't eaten church's in a while. The place looks too dirty. The food looked good when my family ordered, but I didn't eat it.
I stopped in today got the eight piece meal. The chicken was not the large pieces I use to get and had no flavor. Was very disappointed because the price went up also.
Bought the feed 6 meal with chicken tenders, mashed potatoes/gravy, cole slaw and jalapenos. Everything was delicious and fresh, the family loved it!
