The restaurant was not busy by any standard and it was way too long before we were seated. The food was the worst I've eaten at Chili's. Our fries didn't come until we were done eating (no kidding).I don't like leaving negative reviews so there was one really nice thing they had a memorial table set up for Memorial Day.
This is by far the worse Chili's I have ever eaten. Service was super slow the host literally just grabbed menus didn't say anything went to a table and put the menus down and walked away. Then mine and the wife's food was cold. This is not a first time experience just the most recent of the 7 years I've lived in the area which stinks cause I'm typically a chili's fan and I keep telling myself it will get better but nope just worse.
Terrible service will not be going back anytime soon
This is the worst service. I’ve ever received not the first time I get this kind of service here . But I thought maybe it was a one time deal. Boy I thought wrong. Me and my family come in and they sit us down , we waited a whole 20 minutes for someone to even come to our table. The waitress takes our for drinks and another 20min pass before we even get our drinks. I had to be rude for us to even get out drinks and the waitress said it wasn’t her job to get the drinks it was the person who makes them.. I will definitely never come back here again.
I wasn't very impressed at all w this place, but r waiter was so great & polite, but kinda annoying. He kept singing & He got extremely to close for my & our order did get messed up & I was very unhappy with my food taste. But He was very new & learning so im not going to say anything bad about him. But he does have a lot to Learn & I don't doubt he will.
Last two times we’ve gone it’s been awful! The service and quality of food has really gone down hill. Got take out and I sat and watch the girl tell the cook the my chicken crispers looked bad and not like they normally do and the cook said yes that’s how they look! Hardly any batter, over cooked and chewy. Really disappointing this use to be one of our favorites. Won’t be visiting this location again.
I have no idea why there are any negative reviews for this place. The staff is so incredible. We were seated and served quickly, and the waitresses were so sweet! They made sure we had full drinks and good food at all times. They really went above and beyond for us. They are very personable and made the environment lovely. The food tasted great and was exactly what we ordered! Very very happy with this Chili’s.
Nephews birthday dinner and it was a horrible visit. Party of 6, not a large group. They tried to deliver wrong food to the table multiple times, food that was ordered was never delivered, drink refills offered and requested but never brought, bill was messed up, and took ages to receive. The server couldn't be found. The restaurant was not crowded. We were highly disappointed.
on 2 different days me and my family walked in no Hostess round a few waiters/ waitresses the first time we left after bring seen by several staff no one ever said anything to us so we left. then me and my wife went on Valentine's Day thinking hey maybe they where having an off day that day so we go again & the same thing so Hostess I finally see a waiter and asked him hey do we seat our selfs? he said oh she should be here and went ahead and seated us then the waiter working that side walked right by us and never said a word he was talking on his radio more than talking to his tables looked right at us never said I'll be with you what do you need anything so we got up and left. unfortunately we will not go back to Lawton Chili's. thank you
Great food but usually get my order wrong if you change it 80% of the time
