Will never spend another penny at this place. Placed an order that was over $40. We pulled just past the window but never left the lot checked bags for all that was ordered. Found we were missing three things. Parked vehicle my daughter went in with the receipt Older female acting as a Manager got in her face and told her that she had to bring in the bags to prove it. I then took in the bags and this woman had the oudasity to open up each box of food. She even took our bags to the kitchen prep line before she opened each box. Food handling at its finest ?
Fried catfish family pak is definitely large enough to feed 4. Fish a little overdone but good. Sides good too.
The biscuits are tender and delicious but have no structure and fall apart when sliced in half. The chicken was nicely crispy and juicy but unseasoned. The mashed potatoes and gravy were bland and paste like, greenbeans were cooked to death. It is ok for a fried chicken fix but not outstanding.
Wanted to eat in dining room but it was closed at lunch. Had to take it to go or wait until after 5 to eat. Did not like that at all, especially after I had been bragging to my brother about how good the fish is there.
They got 3 out of 4 details of my order wrong and when I went back to get it corrected, they were extremely rude. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, and understand if you’re having a bad day… but ouch.
Dining room closed. Bull crap. Bad management. Nothing more. Won’t be back.
I guess I just wasn't ready for this chicken, very greasy but good, Great service, Poppers were good but ordered two orders and when got home only three poppers of the two orders, Loved their mashed and gravy. Will be going back to see about raising the stars, don't like giving stars without a good try.
This crew did great. Worked late today and needed a quick bite to go, they had it covered. I was in and out quick, and the food was great!
Got the livers they were dried out and hard. Couldn’t eat them, waited in line long enough fresh ones could have been cooked. Would you want to eat that?Need to take pride in what you cook and give to customers. Very disappointed
For a chicken place, they have awesome fried catfish dinners! Thin sliced and clean tasting.
