This is the second time choc fil a has not gotten my order correct. Today they missed an entire meal. It’s already been a rough day and I was looking forward to my meal. I got to work after ordering my team to find out the didn’t give me one of our meals. I couldn’t reach anyone at the store so all I have is a fruit cup and packet of honey mustard dressing.
I usually stop here when I'm in Lawton. The line moves fast when there is one in the Drive-Thru. It's been a long time since I've eaten inside. The drive-thru employees are awesome. Always happy cheerful attitudes. Makes you glad to support the business. All Chick-fil-A's seem so organized to keep everything moving. I usually pay on my app and get my rewards every so often. Very easy.
Loved it! However...why someplace like this doesn't have drinking fountains is beyond me. I think since outside food and drink is not allowed and the food available there including the water is outrageously priced it's unreasonable not to have a drinking fountain. If they had had a drinking fountain they would have had a five-star from me. But anything that is a physical activity and is going to expand that much energy from children should naturally provide a drinking fountain as part of your cost. That really bothered me. Otherwise the staff was great the place was clean and well organized.
5!!!!? Only because I can’t give 10!!!!!! From the moment we pulled in the parking lot my mind was blown, SO FUTURISTIC!!! Upon entry was greeted by a warm smile and a cheerful staff. Food was even delivered to our table. It was time for a refill and Cathy was more than willing to fill our cups. Condiment bar was next level. Just look at the photos! This is the level all restaurants should strive for. When I come to Lawton I will definitely return!!
Spicy chicken deluxe bot came plain.... very disappointed and too far to drive back
This place used to be great. The fries are crazy salty! I complained via email, they sent me a coupon for new ones and said they would let them know and they're still too salty.
I love going here so much because the food is delicious. However, the only problem I have with them is the fact that they don't listen to my order the majority of the time.With sizes like large or medium, they sometimes don't note this and add the wrong sizing. This is only noticeable once you get home and take the food out of the bag.
Service fast and personable. Felt like I was eating at my familie's house. Macaroni and cheese was the best I ever ate in my life, and I'm 53 years old. They really made me feel like they cared about my day. Oh, and they didn't want any extra gratitudity they just wanted to make me smile.
I’m not gonna lie, this time coming through the drive-through, was one of the most disappointing times I have been through here. The two team members that were outside at the window Didn’t acknowledge me when I pulled up at first, because they were talking amongst themselves. Finally they asked me my name and then went back to talking about tattoos and other things. I just felt like I was irrelevant to them as a guest. I felt like just another transaction to them. The guest service used to be top notch, but I did not receive that tonight.
I recently went through the drive thru and ordered for my entire family. When I pulled to the window, I heard the attendant give the salad I ordered to the car in front of me. Next, when I got there, they said everything was there which was false. Obviously, my salad was missing. They corrected it but also left our the food I ordered for another member of my family. Incompetent people at the point of sale. I am beyond livid that the managers could not control what is going out of their establishment.
