Oh my gosh I have never experienced horrible service until I go to Braum's. They take your order and your money and rest is questionable. All the renovation can never make up for the horrible service rendered. I have seen cleaner farms and pig pens. But maybe I went at a bad time (4pm on a Thursday evening) ?. What disappointed me the most is my food was ready but my number was not called. My shake set beside my food and by the time I checked on my order the shake was warm, the fries was cold and the burgers were greasy. It think it is horrific to order food, and have to take it home and heat it up before you can eat it. Maybe it would have been best to ask for my money back. Because if I wanted to cook dinner I would not had ordered to go ?. Sad moment for Lawton establishment. 1☆ is actually to high ?. I thought it was just me but I watched other customers and well the rest is speaks volumes. ???
Worst service. Almost every time we come in to order ice cream. I waited by the sign that says order ice cream here, and stood for almost 10 minutes. Several employees came by the ice cream area to fulfill orders all while completely ignoring me, no one made eye contact or said one word to me. I finally just went up to the register to ask if that is not where we order and he hust said he was the only one there so he was by the register. I ordered 2 candy bar mixes. Both were made completely wrong. I don't think he paid attention, I even had to repeat my order almost immediately after ordering. Employee had to make mine over because he used the wrong candy, I said oreo at least 2-3 times, and I didn't know my boyfriend's was wrong until I got home. His was literally only pecans in vanilla when I ordered a candy bar mix. So I paid more for just pecans. When I called no one answered. Seriously horrible service at the counters.
The place had construction all in the front of the store and the limeade was bitter I asked for more cherries and they acted like it was a big deal and they weren't even that busy.Another occasion I went thru the drive thru for a drink as I was very thirsty and their machine was down.
Amazing ice cream. I've heard great things about their food as well and will definitely return to try the food and get more ice cream!
Food and ice cream are always good. Service can be a hit or miss though. They have several really good employees that are always pleasant to have but a lot of other people that are not as friendly. One day they gave me the wrong order (which had a lot of food I didn't pay for in it that I could have just driven away with), and when I let them know the lady at the drive through window treated me like I'm the one that messed it up. After that I felt like I should have just kept the free food and not said anything at all. But other then that one time though it pretty good.
This place is changing the inside is dirty . They have not came out to clean the tables or the floor . It going down hill. This place needs a good old fashioned cleaning.from head to toe . I cant see eating here with the filth . How clean is the kitchen??? I wonder and afraid of getting sick here . This place use to be so clean and spotless. ?????
No customer service here what so ever. You stand at the counter while employees walk right by you and do that just walk by. No can I help you or anything. Also the young guy with the blonde streak in his hair is super rude.
Went in drive thru quick and fast, my salad was made to order and it was the best salad ever hands down the best in town.
It was,just fine. Drive thru was slow when someone orders meals for so many. Fast food not fast.
Thank goodness for Braums! Love y'all's fries and the chili isn't bad either. Love me some Braums. Strawberry shakes are off the hook! U can't go to Braums and not get a shake.
