I had a marvelous experience at BSB?. The food was extremely delicious and the quality was beyond my expectations ?. The service flowed smoothly to the point I was amazed. I highly recommend BSB to all true BBQ eaters. 5☆ easy.
Prices seem to have sky rocketed much higher here than other places. This locations food quaility didn't measure up and my order had 3 misrakes
Nobody cares there. Chicken way to dried out to eat, could have put it in a sock for a prison riot. They also pounded it with seasoning without even asking. Couldnt eat it because of negative responses to those type of spices. 10/10 effectivness. Turkey not cooked enough. Coleslaw had a nasty dishwasher taste. Would rate lower than 1 but it's not an option.
I could not get a rib sandwich and I was lucky to get a rib dinner,I got the last of 4 ribs and they were very small and that tough end that no one can chew and did not taste smoked to me. But who I am I but someone that almost spent $20.00?
Where to start...first off a female worth fingernails so long that poked through the gloves was handling food. Unsanitary but when mentioned....attitude from 0-60 in 3 seconds. Couldn't count money, have me too much change back then argued when I tried to give it back. Honestly all around HORRIBLE FOOD, SERVICE AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE. please fix this place used to be legit
Always delicious food and never have any service issues. Would strongly recommend to anyone. I also love the hot BBQ sauce.
I ordered cherry cheesecake and there's no cheesecake in it. I paid for 4 ribs and only had 3 and they was so hard didn't even hardly eat any meat. This place was better last year and the people were nice so that's why i gave them 3 stars instead of 1.
Great customer service is the only reason for the stars! The food was a let down. The OKC locations have never disappointed, but this location was no match. The sausage was dry and overcooked. The chilli was bland and gelatinous took one bite and that was all. The macaroni and cheese was a mushy mess. The dessert jars were mostly whip cream and cookie crumbles hardly any of the banana pudding or chocolate mousse filling. While I have grown to love Billy Sims driving 90 miles to another location does not make sense. Hopefully this location can address these concerns and turn things around!
I’m from North Carolina. Obviously everyone who has left a review saying this restaurant was amazing hasn’t had North Carolina barbecue. This barbecue was dry and lacked flavor or seasoning. Disappointed and 100% could’ve done better
Terrible experience. I went to get dinner and the waitress when ringing up my bill gave herself a $40 tip off of my card when entering it into the system. It wasn’t until I noticed it and asked about it that she reluctantly gave me the $40 back in cash. How is it that management is hiring people that will steal money like this? Unacceptable.
