Always love going to Arby's, people are friendly and the food is soooo good
The drive thru personal was rude, they didn't pay attention to the order. I never seem to get the right order at this location. This was their last chance to get something right and they were to busy being rude to listen.
Missing sauces, missing napkins and pulled forward to wait 10 min. What was the excuse as we were the ONLY ones in line at 8 pm?!?!?
Food is great but sometimes their dining room is closed - drive through only - due to few people are working there.
Went through the drive thru around 540pm. I tried to order 2 for $6 classic roast beef and one 2 for $6 beef and cheddar. Was told it was a special on the beef and cheddar. The employee at the drive thru recommended doing one without cheese and I was fine with that. I also asked if they could do it on a reg bun and she said that they could. When I got up to the window several employees kept coming up and giving us dirty looks. I guess they were upset because of the special. I paid for the food and before leaving had my son check his. He is unable to have a lot of dairy hence I ordered his with out cheese. They loaded both of his with cheese intentionally in my opinion. I went back through the drive thru to get it corrected and when I got the window they all acted like I inconvenienced then and a employee with red hair gave us both dirty looks. Will never go back.
Food was good. The young lady who took our order was very polite. Lots of loud unprofessional talking from the employees about the drive thru customers. Could be heard during our entire meal.
Food is good but they can't get an order right to save their life
Would probably been great if when we drove off we would have gotten what we ordered which was the new crinkle fries instead of curly seasoned fries. The location is one you cannot easily return to so we just had the curly fries, now I do not care if I slow the line down or not I will inspect our order upon paying/before leaving the drive thru.
Do not order brisket sandwich. If you want good brisket go to John and cooks, or even Billy Sim's. I will be contacting Arby's or a refund or comp me with a different type of sandwich.
They got three meals messed up, TWICE, and that's after I went back to the counter and told them how to fix it. They listened and said they'd fix it, but when they brought it to the table they had messed it up AGAIN!! Once is a mistake, but twice makes me wonder if they have brains!! I should have had them comp our $30 worth of food, but didn't have the time. But as usual, Arby's food was as fab as always.
