I had mixed reactions to this Applebee's. We ordered some specialty pasta and they weren't bad. They were bowls filled to the brim and they were very fulfilling. The service wasn't great, but they weren't bad either. It just took us a while to be seated and we waited a long time for our food. I usually don't opt in to go to Applebee's, but this was a nice change. I would call them a typical Applebee's.
I'm only giving it 3 stars because my server was horrible. She took forever to even greet us, mind you she had 2 tables. I got the perfect patron margarita. Didnt tast any alchohol at all. It wasnt a perfect. Food was good.
Walked in for early dinner, waitress seemed like she wanted to get me out as soon as possible. Food was okay, but I've had better experience at other Applebee's. Never coming back to this one.
Service has gone down, if that's possible in Lawton. We come regularly for the reliable food and drinks, and always leave a more than generous tip. Tonight the bartender (who was not even serving us) yelled out to our waiter across the almost empty restaurant if we had paid our bill, after having just spent 5 minutes paying said bill. The entire restaurant looked up. I didn't say anything at the time, but I should have. I called the manager and told her what happened and that we would not be coming back. She said "uh huh, absolutely". So, don't blame the millennials when y'all get shut down with no business. We tried. Did you?
Did carside to go and went well. Only think was no ketchup for cheeseburger and fries included in bag. Food was good and warm.
Service was bad. Our waitress only had 3 tables (including ours) pretty empty on her side. She barely checked in with us. Seen her talking to her coworker a lot instead of checking her tables. We had to wave someone down for what we needed. We had a party of 4 but she only brought one plate for the appetizers. Forgot to refill our waters. Someone else had to do it. Lastly, My husband found a hair in his food.
Drinks late to the table food late to the table and when it got there it was cold. Waitress blamed it on the kitchen then said she was sick then said she had a broken foot. Had a bad experience just wanted to take my daughters out on a mommy daughters date. 1 kid ate a cold meal. At least she got some hot food off my plate. We pretty much shared my plate until hers got there. And the yogurt on my other child's plate was hot and didn't taste good
Great service and food as always. Our go to for a quick lunch. Staff is usually always friendly and attentive.
Here are the nachos shown and advertised—and the nachos they actually prepared for me. AWFUL!!! Where is the meat? The SIZE? The sour cream? The cheese? Worst nachos ever!!! Cost $16 and aren’t half as good as $6 Taco Bell nachos!!!
My dining experience was great. I love to eat at Applebee's, but I live 50 miles away from an Applebee's restaurant, I am a veteran and was very surprised that Applebee's was offering free meals to veterans. Thank you for recognizing our service to country. I also would like to compliment the staff at Applebee's.....they were extremely polite and courteous.
