Came in for breakfast. There was only four people eating at tables. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks (2 [email protected] 2.75 ea.. From the time we ordered our food until the time they brought it to our table was about 37 minutes. I want an orange juice and was told they didn’t have any. I wanted pancakes and was told the batter was not correct & they were coming out very flat and not to order them. The breakfast that we did finally get did taste pretty good. As far as I could tell there were only two people working there and one young boy walking around looking like he was lost. Maybe I will come in again and try your lunches. That appears to be the thing everyone raves about. If they would have 10 to 15 people there at the same time they would be overwhelmed. Personally I don’t like waiting that long for my food no matter how good it is. The gentleman that waited on us was very polite.

Let me start off by saying I love to support local business and I was excited by the opportunity to do so. However the people working here particularly the kitchen staff don’t have it together. I the first item on their menu, the Philly cheesesteak without peppers to go shortly after they opened and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. The kitchen staff must not have been ready because I ended up waiting over an hour for my food.Normally I wouldn’t have waited this long but like I said, I was excited to support the new local business. When my sandwich finally came out it had peppers, but I didn’t want to wait another hour so I didn’t say anything about it. It was also not to go, which I did notify the server about which seemed to upset her.After another 5 minutes I got my sandwich and headed to my car to eat. To my great disappointment the sandwich was cold. The most disappointing thing however is I don’t think it matters. It was bad. Plain and simple. Not cause it had peppers or was cold it just genuinely did not taste good. I ended up taking a few bites and throwing the rest away.Overall a disappointing experience as well as a waste of my money and more importantly my time. To the staff: when subway can make a better sandwich then you you know you’re doing something wrong. Really sad considering your predecessor the shack was a great restaurant. Enid is losing out with this one.

Food and service are excellent. I ate the fried portabello mushroom swiss burger today. It was heavenly. If you haven't tried the food yet, you should. It's well worth the trip to the mall.
