My kids are sort of obsessed with the nacho fries & we've had lunch here about once a week for around a month. The food is good enough but my 5 stars are really more about Kent K who works the front counter. Both of my kids are autistic and he has been incredibly kind and patient with them. That made me watch his interactions with others and he really is a rarity among customer service workers. He's the star of the show at Taco Bell
Either expect your food to be wrong or prepare to sit in line for 45 min to an hour. Never a good experience. I live in OKC with much longer lines than this location and I never have to wait more than 25-30 min at most. Really not sure why it takes as long as it does but I hope in the future you guys are able to have proper staff to keep up with those 1:00am munchies.
The drive thru wait was crazy long, and the way its set up once your I. You can't get out of lime. The food was hot and fresh so I can't combine too much.
I have to go inside to get the hot sauce that I want, because they don't listen in the drive thru. It's part of the order, they should get that right, too.
Ordered online. When I arrived, the food I ordered wasn't available anymore (breakfast/ lunch switch), which was disappointing but the big problem was the couldn't issue a refund. I called the number they gave me and no one answered. A heck of a lot of hassle for a 6 dollar purchase.
The food is always really good and super fresh . The employees that worked the day we went were very friendly and polite. Just throwing it out there they do need change js. I'm sure any change would be helpful to them as alot of other places right now .
Didn't get all of order. I suggest you check your order before you leave parking lot. We ordered a total of 8 items and when we checked at home only had six. Food was good and properly made.
They didn't make my son's chalups right. The chalup shell's were all dry they were cracked and dry when we get the.The taco's were all wet. The shell's just feel apart and stuck to the paper. The taco meat teasted old and greasy. The lettuce was brown.
They have the nicest people working at this Taco Bell! I honestly was surprised how genuinely nice and helpful the employees were at this restaurant. The food is just fine as all Taco Bells tend to be similar in food preparation and quality, they are fine, nothing to rave about but a decent fast food chain.
Was Here For Christmas Eve &Customer Service Was So Friendly - I've Never Tipped A Taco Beller Before In My Life, But That Day I Did.
