I absolutely love subway but Im fed up, I put an online order an everything was completely wrong. Hint: this isn’t the first time this has happened on almost every single online order & we pay 50$ or more & leave decent enough tips… anyways the customer service experience was awful I walked in asking for a remake an just a refund in the delivery fee… get told “I don’t know how to do that” & basically get pushed to the side. NEVER AGAIN.
I came in with an order for 5 sandwiches. The guy was back there by himself making all 5 sandwiches, I need it only been there just a little while. It took a 1/2 hour to get our sandwiches because the guy had to remake 2 or 3 of our sandwiches cause he kept burning them because you would hit the timer too long. So needless to say when we got home everything was cold. Needless to say 2 if our sandwiches didn't get eaten, because bread was hard and burnt3

This is literally the worst subway in enid. They never have all the chips or all the drinks and worst of all I GOT FOOD POISONING!!!!! This is the last place I would ever expect to get food poisoning because it’s JUST A SANDWICH. I will never be coming back to the worst subway in Enid
