I’ve ordered the exact same thing for two weeks, it’s been made 10 different ways despite the ability to customize it exactly how you want it.
Normally pretty good, but this time not good . Wrong size drink, out of almost all beans except decaf, and employees using unprofessional language loud enough for me to hear.
Been ordering the exact same drink for months on app or through drive thru now all of a sudden my drink has not been being made correctly and the baristas say I "shouldn't" be able to order my drink this way or they were making it incorrectly before. The last few times I've gone in there I've been treated poorly and disrespectfully. I visit Starbucks nearly 5 times a week including other locations in different towns and have never had this problem. I will be contacting upper management and corporate to make a formal complaint on this location.
Store was out of the first three options we picked. Merchandise was not displayed well and the pastry case had whole bean coffee in it. This store could do much more volume if it were properly stocked.
The only reason I don't give Starbucks five stars is their prices are a little pricey. Other than that, pretty good.

It has the most amazing coffee. The people get your coffee out efficiently enough. I've always been a fan. Friendly people, nice atmosphere especially since it smells of coffee as soon as you walk in.
I am not a StarBucks guy. My daughter wanted a drink so we made our way through the drive thru. Customer service was great the folks in line are a little out of hand.I know my daughter liked it so I will be back for her.
I love the staff at our Starbucks. They greet me with my name when I come in. They know my drink by heart. They're friendly and chatty.
The staff is generally rude, brash, and they are visibily stressed. They take it out on customers. It's not my fault you're having a crappy day.
