Some days they are short-staffed and lobby is not open...only drive-thru
Foods always good.probabky won't eat here again tho due to a huge dead rat just out side the door ,had been there awhile.sureky someone saw this and didn't care to move it .what's also being ignored in the back?
Food is pretty darn good. Servers were alright, but the place has definitely taken a turn since they first opened. Tables are run down and the floors weren't that clean.
Best sandwich I've ever had from a Schlotzskys in a long time. I'm just passing through, so the next time I'm this way I'll drop by again!!! Customer service was awesome ?
My friends and I wanted to get some cinnamon rolls. When we entered no one really greeted us. They didn't have many options even though we went in the middle of the day and were the only ones there. We ended up having to get cookies because they said they didn't have any even though we saw them give them in the drive through. They where training a new girl and she was the only sweet one there. Other than her the service wasn't all to great.
Good food but out of olives. Very disappointed.
The original deluxe sandwich was great. The pickle on the side was good and chips were good But the past 2 times I've been there and it's supposed to have onions and olives on the sandwich and they were never on there. They need to understand that the original sandwich comes with mustard, signature sauce, the meats, tomatoes, olives and onion. If they don't put the onions and olives on it people will either be upset and/or complain too. If you're out of things on your sandwiches then make a sign and tell the customer your out cause not having onions and olives on the sandwich is a must. If that continues then the employees may get fired for not doing so. So please do so next time. Thank you.

Was RUDE and acted VERY annoid I was trying to order in drive thur. sassy woman BAD . NO WONDER No one was eating there.
