Their food is always hot and delicious. The only problem I have is they have done away with items for people who are weight conscious, like their beans and rice and their green beans. They need to have something for the weight conscious person on there menu.The staff has always been very friendly and polite.
Wished they hadn't ran out of the Bengiets. Chicken was hot crispy and very good. Their cole slaw is above average, I am picky about slaw.The best part of our experience were the employees. They were prompt, responsive, courteous and genuinely concerned that you have a pleasant dining experience. How often can you say this about a restaurant, especially a fast food restaurantWhen I am in Enid I will return.
Popeyes the brand is awesome, this Popeyes is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They don’t seem to understand the concept of spicy and mild. Zero clue. You’d figure they’d train people on this, but I’ve not seen any evidence to suggest that they do. It appears like it’s a chicken flavor lottery. Every other time I go here I get the wrong kind. Some pieces are mild and some are spicy at times. I’m very very clear about it in my order. Frankly, Popeyes shouldn’t even offer mild. I waited 15 minutes tonight, asked for all dark spicy, got mixed regular. No excuses. It’s a constant problem here. I will no longer waste my money on a damaged brand in Enid, but I also want my money back for this badly botched simple order.

Good stop in a semi if you park at mall. Sometimes messy inside. They had stuff all over next to fountain drink dispenser. There was a box of popeyes employee hats and aprons so I helped myself to a few, maybe next time they will keep it a little cleaner. Employees are pretty nice here also.
Awesome chicken and seafood. Chicken and fish sandwiches are AMAZING. LOVE their Cajun fries; red beans and rice; biscuits; and mashed potatoes and gravy. I just wish that their drink machine was fully stocked, and they had more choices on teas.
This was probably my worst visit here ever. The employees didn't have alot of chicken prepped and they acted like they didnt know what was going on. The food was good though.

Day manager, Joe, is super loud about his ridiculous social media life, inattentive to the front and his customers, completely fouled mouthed, serves cold food, yells, talks back and gives dirty looks to you after asking him to please watch his foul mouth infront of a (my) child and may I have some honey. He is completely unnecessary, after his amazingly professional off the clock employee, Laura, fixed the issue, he came to the counter to give me dirty looks and mouth off to me. Really?? How about oh I'm sorry ma'am, I didn't see you waiting up front...
