came in for a smoothie and was told they couldn't make them and when I asked why the clerk said just because, um... are you kidding me? no very professional and the manager was standing right there. McDonald's needs to get there stuff together
I just went through the window, and I ordered a big Mac and a happy meal with a cheeseburger plan for my daughter, and they only gave her the box with apples and fries, the burger did not come. thanks for the bad service.
I would have given them 5 stars if they would have been serving serving breakfast, but they were not. The restaurant was clean, they were friendly, and they got my order out pretty quickly. It did take us long to receive our food, I just wish it would have been breakfast and that I'd why the get 4 stars.
My go to Micky D's. Not only does eating at this location bring me childhood nostalgia, but they always seem to have fresh fries when I come through. Also they haven't ever told me the ice cream machine was down but I may just have good timing lmao
If it's night shift at this place and you're going to drive through be prepared to spend a very very very very very very long time and drive through. My friend and I showed up at the drive-thru there was a car at the menu board ordering one car behind him and then us. It took us 20 minutes to get to the menu board. After waiting 20 minutes to even order our food it took us a total of 59 minutes to get it!! This is a ridiculous time for a crew of any kitchen to serve fast food I mean come on could you possibly possibly work any slower
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The Manager there was so rude. She couldn’t get my order right and when I told her she gave me the wrong food she argued with me and told me that is what I ordered. I know what I ordered. Then when I ordered the again she still didn’t get it and still again argued with me and told me it was I didn’t tell her the right order. All while she was trying to take orders thru the drive thru at the same time. I asked to speak to the manager and she grinned and shook her face at me and said I am the manager. I said I will call corporate then and she said go ahead it won’t do you any good! Worst customer service ever! Then when I finally got my order she left it at the counter instead of calling out my number to let me know it was ready and a customer came and told me my order was sitting up there ready! Then she told me why don’t I just leave and not come back. Worst manager I have ever experienced!
Good luck is all I can say. 50/50 chance your foods even right. Seems like they don't have to care cause well its mcDonalds can't really avoid eating there
Staff smiled as they handed me food.Drive through was very quite despite high number of cars.Good tasted as expected.
As usual my order was messed up. Paid for food I didn't order. Paid for and received extra drink when asked associate what to do with it she just scrubbed your shoulders and said I don't know. So I told her to keep the extra drink even though I paid for it and I left.
Mgr on duty during day shift 1pm couldn't even top off a sundae. Only allowed 3 twirls she says in a $1.89 sundae and wanted to charge another $1 just to put some ice cream in the top .... smmfh. But they'll empty it at night and throw a small BUCKET of it away. Smmfh. What kinda since does that make? One pull of a handle. Lmmfao ... really. It's not that serious lady ... You did your job to the T. I see a promotion coming
