I ordered half sandwich and cup of soup. The country potato soup lacked flavor and creaminess. The big disappointment was the French dip sandwich which had so much tough, gristly beef that I had to remove most of it. I informed the wait staff, not asking for refund or replacement, and got no apology or question about how to make it better. The only reason I give them two stars is the young man who took the order was polite and helpful. If speed and mediocre food is what you want, they can provide.
Ordered The Club on white. Big mistake. Only 2 slices and not toasted. Bacon was soggy. Swiss cheese was no where to be found. BS.
The food is always good and hot the Mac and cheese is delicious.
Great food and service every time I go. The tea is probably my most favorite tea around.
I sat in the drive through in spot one for 15 minutes and then they didn’t give me any silverware and food was barely warm
Had so and sandwich for lunch. Tomato soup and a Orange Cranberry Turkey Club was outstanding!
I will never understand what the big deal is with this place. The broccoli cheese soup is always like water. The roast beef is tough, fatty and just gross. Everything they serve is bland, flavorless and dry. Spent $40 for the last time here today for 2 people just to throw it away and get lunch else where. Very disappointed in the quality of food and service of this location. Do yourself a favor and get Subway or even Arby's would be better sadly.
I got the BLT+A and the cucumber and tomato salad. I was a little disappointed, the salad was pretty small and the sandwich had no avocado and the “L” was a spinach greens mix. The meal was good just not what I was expecting.
Such a great place to eat. Never have left this place dissatisfied.
McAlisters Deli calls themselves a deli yet use marbled rye on their New York and on REUBENS???? Those should be on Jewish Rye period. That's no better than going to Arby's for a Reuben. So I ordered their Italian. Tons of ham but very little to identify it as Italian. Spicy Brown Mustard on Italian? Then it says it's supposed to have vinaigrette and olive oil on the sandwich but not a trace of it whatsoever. Disappointed in their choices and their prices. Will not be dining here ever again, Jimmie John's is just down the road
