Good food just got my order wrong
I just received a delivery from a guy named Patrick, literally the best service I have had from marcos in years!! Marcos used to be my favorite pizza place in Enid years ago but that changed when staff changed, Patrick seems like a huge improvement!!!
My wife ordered pizza from Marco’s tonight. This is our go-to place when we want pizza because it’s always delicious. Tonight the order was incorrect and it is unclear how the mistake was made but I called and without any issue they delivered a fresh pizza correctly. The person on the phone was friendly and wanted to make us satisfied and the delivery driver was very nice! The way a business responds to issues is one of the most important aspects. A+ on the way this was handled. Highly recommend!!!
Never any issues, pizzas always right and wait estimates spot on. Good pizza.
Food was good but a little greasy
I too had my order wrong. It was delivered by door dash and my salad was missing. Admitted it was still at the restaurant, but literally said they would do nothing and I was out my money. Poor customer service. Won't purchase from them again.
Double and triple check your order before leaving. I've had my orders incorrect 3 times with this store. Seems they want to rush you out the door instead of giving what you ordered, otherwise food is good.
