Didn't give me my drink or fries. And the fish tacos tasted nasty. Tried calling over 8 times and they won't answer phone...
I had to wait like 10 minutes for my food and the fish fries even the hush puppies are not fit to eat. They taste like they have been cooked in very old oil.. and the coleslaw taste spoiled.. 12.31 for nothing... Had to throw it all away..???
Couldn't get anybody to wait on us the young man said we would have to wait until his manager got back, we waited 39 minutes then we left. This was the third time we couldn't get waited on soooo we will Not be going back to Long John Silvers
This is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been in. Every inch of the floors are covered in grease and something sticky. Every single table was filthy, condiment area was filthy and out of everything. The bathroom was unusable, as the toilet was completely clogged with paper towels and diarrhea. The food was beyond abhorrent. I got a fish and chicken platter, and everything that came out of the fryer was literally coated in black specks from the old fryer grease and absolutely drenched in oil from the fryer not being hot enough. As a laugh, took a wad of napkins and tried to wring out the grease from one of my pieces of chicken, and the meat was so tough and dried out it looked like shoe leather. I couldn’t even tear it with my hands. I took my entire plate of food I just paid $12 for and threw it in the trash without taking a single bite. I’m officially ruined on long johns for life after going here.
Are most of my burger before realizing there was lettuce that was BLACK on it. Threw everything else away and left. The whole place felt gross and the kid working had no clue what he was doing.
Went through drive thru. Received all my order, had a little wait time, but at least it was so the food was made fresh.
When entering everything seemed OK till I almost slipped and fell. The entire dinning room was slick like they mopped it with grease... I told an employee that the floor was slippery and he said, " We can't do anything about it." I was so disgusted that I couldn't eat what I ordered... I won't be returning.
Long John Silvers in Enid Oklahoma , is the Worst place to dine in Or even Order.. This place has gone down the Hill. General Manager needs replaced and hire New Employees.. Place is slippery,greasy, and take a long time to get your order. I will not here here again, PLEASE PLEASE HIRE NEW PPL AND REPLACE THE STAFF THAT CARES ...HEALTH DEPT NEED TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT... A.S.A.P

Greasy, way overcooked, and you got a teenage zombie work in the front counter so service sucked also. A Long John silver's corporation needs to come by and visit the store does not compare to any of the others. And I don't mean that in a good way ??
