As you may read in other reviews of this location, freaky fast does not apply to them. We placed an online order, at 1 hour and 30 minutes we called to see what was going on and were told it was out for delivery and would arrive any minute, 25 minutes later we still hadn't received our food and called for a refund, they said they would give us our refund and call the driver and tell him to turn around. Fine by us since we weren't paying for it. They then called us back a few minutes later and said the driver had come to our home and knocked, when there was no answer he left the food on the porch. This was an outright LIE. We have motion activated cameras with cellular alerts surrounding our home and on both doors. They lied to cover their butts. My rightfully enraged wife hung up on them. I used to love Jimmy John's, but I will never give them my money again, as this is the third time something like this has happened in recent months with no positive experiences. If your company has a slogan and claim to fame, like "freaky fast delivery" you should really adhere to it. Or at least own up to your mistakes when they happen with a sense of professionalism.
Subs so fast you'll freak. And good too
Freaky fast my a**. We ordered 2 subs, 2 chips and 2 drinks to be delivered. After 2 phone calls and a grumpy rude employee on the other end, we finally received our order. 1 hour and 41 min is all it took. We're just under 5 miles away.There will be no more chances for this place. There's too many other options available for us to spend any more $$ with this abomination.

Freaky fast indeed. The sandwiches are so delicious and love the bread also. The employees are always so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Our favorite lunch spot to come to when in enid.
Made an on line order and hit the wrong buttons, ordered a sandwich with nothing on it I mean nothing. Lol, anyways the crew at Jimmy John's made it right even though it was my mistake. Thank you.
