Absolutely never going here again. Four tables with customers, we ordered, waited over an hour, never got our food. Asked the waitress how much longer it would be, she said they would start on our order in 4 minutes. It was taking a long time because online orders go out first! We left and went somewhere that puts customers in the restaurant ahead of online ones. We will never go back.
Yummy food at a great price. The staff was super friendly, especially with the kids. Quick service.Update: The food is still great. Pancakes are a classic favorite of mine, but this time I had the cheese steak sandwich. It was really good.
Every time and I mean "EVERY TIME" without exaggeration. I order food there with my family, I am the only one who gets my orders all messed up everyone else in my family gets theirs fine, and I don't order anything special other than what's the menu.. whether they have a full house, or just my family and I ?.. I continue going there because I happen to like ihop food, and hope that one day they will get my order correct...
Loud servers standing around on their phones, and ignoring customers , and the manager "Nina" !?! Standing with them, acting very unprofessional... Very different experience from My last visit when we came in for dinner. Our server Carri greeted and seated us quickly and was so polite and very attentive and from watching her work, she's definitely an asset .
I'm unsure how this place has good reviews. They consistently forget items for take out orders, they refuse to call to if something is not in-stock so you can replace it. If you do decide to go there triple check your order.
Seated me at a dirty table, I told the waitress. Nobody cleaned the table, just sat the next customer there. Also dirty silverware and the water tasted dirty. -Tori Witchey
Honestly, I am glad with the remodeling job and the new management! The food was great! Shae was my best friend Vanessa and I's waitress today and she was phenomenal! Give that woman a raise because she deserves it in my opinion! :))) She went above and beyond to attend us and I will definitely be coming back and requesting her from now on. I like her. She's cool. I left her more than a 10% tip because 10% was not enough for her service. We love you Shae! Thank you for serving us!
WOW! WOW! WOW! The Worst IHOP I've ever been to!!! 3 tables with customers in the whole building, out of coffee, out of smoked sausage, forgot to make our pancakes, & as we're walking out tonight at 8:30 3 black men walk in & go in the back to hang out with the cook. Clint was our server & he was the only good thing in this building. WOW!The ex dopehead girl almost falls on my daughter, & she told her table that she was going out to smoke that someone would bring their food. WOW is all I can say. AND..they forgot to put the French toast on the plate. Corporate needs to get involved here. UNBELIEVABLE!
Bringing back the right GM and doing small renovations has been a miracle. The food was fantastic, Service was quick and friendly.
