Decided to go try this and service was horrible. Had to go to the bartender to refill our drinks. 2 times we had to ask for refills and then our server brought out the wrong pizza so my mom and dad had to wait another 30 minutes for their pizza. Then the manager came out and said he was sorry and he helped us for the rest of the time we were there. The manager was very nice and helpful. The pizza itself was good.
The last pizza I ordered approximately 5/24/2022, the large thin crust (Capone) was Excessively layered in large garlic chunks. I like garlic but this was extremely to much. I didn't order with extra garlic but I did order it with extra cheese. We couldn't hardly eat it. Still have a 1/3 of it left. I'll have to make sure I request no garlic next time. Extremely disappointed. Hideaway is my favorite pizza joint.
So, so, so GOOD! The baked cheesy shrooms are freaking amazing! I really enjoyed their pizza as well! My only regret is having not visited this place sooner! Y'all have earned a new weekly visitor!
I'll start by saying this review isn't actually for the pizza. We ordered online. We were charged four times for one pizza when ordering through the website. When I called to ask why it charged me four times on the website I was told she didn't know. When I said I was coming in to speak with someone to go over it she literally laughed into the phone, said okay very sarcasticlly. By the time I got close I was refunded in full for all four transactions. Thank goodness I didn't actually have to go inside and deal with such customer service.
The Server, Manager, and food were all excellent . The only complaint I have is that it wasn’t busy at all when we arrived. The seating hostess asked if we wanted to dine outside. We declined and asked for a booth. Her and another staff reviewed the seating chart for quite some time (which was confusing because they weren’t busy at all) only to tell us there were no available booths. As we followed her, there were numerous booths open everywhere ….. When the server arrived and we told her what happened, so she put us in a booth and apologize. I understand sections and assignments but we almost left over the hostess condescending behavior. The Manager approached and asked if everything was alright. We explained the “booth” issue and she apologized too. No harm done, just not a five star experience.
First time going to Hideaway in Enid!!! The pizza was amazing!!! Had a great time with my favorite girls. The service was excellent and we will be definitely be back!
I agree with other people that the atmosphere is awesome. Very open environment. Staff was very nice. It was my first visit the hostess asked how everything was. I appreciated that. Free Plastic cups to go. Also it would be a great place to take date. Also was offered the patio upon entering.
Awesome atmosphere even with it being packed. Staff was very friendly and seemed to work well together in helping with each other's tables. The food was excellent. Full bar with an extensive range of draft beer. Kid friendly menus which are a big plus for parents.This establishment portrays great leadership within their staff and you can clearly see the result in their attitudes.
