Very pleasent staff. Seated us very quickly. Appitzer trio was great. Love the southwest eggrolls. Food came all at once. Pretty quickly oddly enough. This was my Moms day dinner & I didn't want complain but for some reason our steak and potatoes were just warm, cooked to med and rare with no juices seeping out. In Ponca Chillis that never happened. Husband so hungry he didn't care. As a Mom I just wanted to eat hot food for once so taking steak home to cook is what I'm doin, lol First review sorry if its harsh
My husband have always liked Chili’s, but we paid $33 dollars for a meal that was terrible yesterday. We will never go back. I ordered a quesadilla meal which they burnt and I told the waitress that it was burned and she said if you want me to I will send it back. My husband said yes because I have never seen a quesadilla come out like that. I would bet a dime to a donut that they took it back and sent the original out on a different plate. My husband ordered a Cajun Chicken Pasta. The sauce on the top was so terrible he could hardly eat it. We are going to check into whether that is the manager or the cook of the Enid Chili’s Restaurant or if all Chili’s have gone downhill. If they have it is a dirt shame!

My family and I love visiting this chili's. Always quickly seated no matter what time we visit. The food is always out quick.
Service was exceptional, cuisine was excellent & atmosphere was mellow, very nice dining experience, which most are already aware of. But, if not, you need to go!
Staff is very friendly. I have a big family and I know its alot when it comes down to ordering. The waitress was very patient and even explained things for my young daughters who are very picky eaters.
Went all by myself they had$5 margaritas and kept them coming oh staying behind at the Baymont and just walked over so those five $5 Margaritas were awesome food was really excellent and service service was really good couldn't couldn't think of anything better to say
For the second time in two weeks I've been to this location and my food was cold. This first time I ordered the ribeye dinner with the shrimp, and the shrimp was cold and soggy. This time my girlfriend and I ordered the same ribeye platter, she got a nice piece of steak, and I got a scrawny piece of cold leather. The shrimp had no Cajun season on it and the the whole dinner was cold. The worst Chilli's ever. Food prep and quality is horrible. Food served cold and overall experience was not good. The bartender was ok.
I don't know how or why, but I placed an order on the website to be picked up. I was waiting on the "order complete" screen and everything. And yet when I go to pick it up, they said they didn't get an order under my name. The manager asked me to go home and take a picture of my email to prove that i paid for it, but they I didn't even get an email confirmation for my order. How on earth does chili's online service send me to an "order complete" screen without actually placing my order? I've been waiting 30 minutes for this meal. And now i'm angry for having my time wasted and hungry.
Went there couple days ago with my family for dinner. Even though it took a little long to get my order but the flavor was still good as I expected.
