I was served a stale original chicken sandwich with lettuce which I asked for no lettuce. I got a 9 piece chicken fry that had green snot on the inside of the box. I will never return to burger King again. carls jr is 100% better.
whoppers were not on whopper buns, they are supposedly out of whopper buns so they are just putting them on potato buns without even telling customers. Got 6 sandwiches and not 1 bun was toasted. The burger was pink inside and cold. The sandwich overall was so cold the cheese wasnt even melted. I tried to eat my whopper and couldnt choke it down. The fries were half nasty old and cold and the other half were nasty half cooked and cold. When I tried calling to have them fix my order they basically couldnt because they couldnt use the hamburger bun for the whopper and apparently they havent had a toaster for almost a month and they refused to even consider the fries were cold. I didnt even get a chance to tell them the meat was still pink. Then when I asked for Corporate number he didnt want to give it to me. When I asked if he was seriously refusing to give me corporate number, he finally agreed to give it to me. Not to mention he seemed to think it was funny that I was an unsatisfied customer. No matter how nice I was being it was like he was trying to antagonize me in to acting foolish.
A few dollars more I could've gone across the street to BWF. The melt I ordered was decent, but that isn't/wasn't my issue. Interior menu boards were out of order; has been for months. You are asked to order from a faded and frayed, small black and white print out taped to the counter. Was rudely told, "well I can't help you because the board is out." I guess what can one expect from high school drop outs.
Love Burger King this one was fast and the food was good, but the fries weren’t as fresh as I’d like.The customer service was great and the people were friendly.
Excellent service, good food. I had to clean some crumbs off my table, but the restaurant looked fairly clean.
This was the worst Burger King that I have ever visited in my life my burger look like it was sitting for hours the cheese was all discolored and it was nasty I will never stop at this Burger King ever again completely Dreadful
It had been awhile since we had gone to a Burger King. We were pleasantly surprised! I don't know if it's just this one or if all of the stores have improved! The French fries were amazing! Just the right amount of salt and perfectly prepared... The hamburgers Also were really good! Freshly prepared and great tasting!!
Food was fresh and hot place was clean bathroom smelled clean even and the staff was friendly
It took awhile to get our food, but they, like so many places, are short on staff. The fries were not completely cooked.
