What did y'all do to your seats in the lobby??? Ate there last night, all the booth seating was "different;" like they don't like anything were wrong with them but as soon as you sat down, you felt uncomfortable & far away from the table. Seriously, what did y'all do??? I felt like I was being punk'd lol. If I sat all the back with my back to the back of the bench seat, my feet dangled below like a happy go lucky lil kid but the huge gap between my gut to the table with my delicious dressed up moo moo pattie, was so HUGE, I knew I'd drop a couples pickles & a few fries in my lap for sure!!! I tried "sc'oooo'ting" closer to the table but then the higher "wave" of that bottom outer edge - ouch! Really nails ya across the butt & very uncomfortable! I have ate here before & don't remember the seats being weird like this. A couple sat down behind me the same time I got my table, we both starring laughing at each other when we noticed we were both commenting on the seats! They moved to a table with actual chairs because it bothered them so bad! L0L
Every time I go in here for a shake, the nine shake stations are so filty dirty! Employees just standing around. They need to clean this location up!
This Braum's was one of the best I've been to. Fresh hot fries, friendly service, and my order was right! And this was during the lunch rush too!
It's still real good because I keep reminding him to put sausage in the biscuits and gravy and to warm it up and it's edible thank you bye
AWFUL so rude!! Went through the drive through and tried to order had to pull up to the window because idk they didn't know how to work the headset and slammed the window in are face and walked away because we asked if they had cake then a different lady walks up what did u want and was so completely rude all of them we just decided to leave would not recommend this place to anyone the staff is so rude they all need fired and replaced I will never go to this one again people that rude should work from home.
We went to dinner tonight for our daughters birthday. It was NOT a pleasant experience! There was a line but 90% of the tables were empty. We ordered a kids meal, 3 adult meals all with shakes, a sundae, fries, coffee and a drink. We watched half our food sit there ready for 10 minutes. Once we finally got it we found that the food was cold, the sundae half melted with the hot fudge already set up, we didn’t have my yogurt, the coffee, the entire kids meal, one shake was eggnog rather than vanilla and tons of Mayo instead of honey mustard on the extremely hard chicken sandwich. After going back to get our missing food we were given a chicken sandwich with bacon that we hadn’t ordered. The guy at the table behind us said hey I think that’s ours and sure enough it was his. When taking the shake up to have it replaced with the vanilla we ordered and ordering another chicken sandwich hoping it wouldn’t be hard as a rock a 3rd young lady was taking orders and said she would make it herself and be sure to get it with the sandwich.Listening to the tables within hearing distance it seems they had messed up everyone’s orders. Kinda sad to have to switch food with strangers during these times of covid because they can’t get the correct food with the right orders. My daughter found chunks of something like butter in her vanilla shake. My husband tried it and said yes it tasted like butter. I went up and asked if they put butter in their shakes and the older lady looked at me like I was crazy and said no they didn’t.Once home she used a strainer with her shake and sure enough there is butter in it! So… were they upset at us for asking for the rest of our order and to give us the correct food and put butter in the shake to ‘get even’? Who knows. I just know that now my daughter is in the bathroom dry heaving trying not to puke! This was the worst experience we’ve EVER had at a fast food restaurant in Enid and that’s saying something since the McDonalds in the same area always gives us the wrong food or forgets the fries! I mean we just dropped over $50 for some burgers and ice cream and they didn’t give us half our order and messed up all the rest except one meal. I will be sending this information to corporate as well. I had been defending the employees to angry customers saying how they were super busy and it being the holiday season and all. Now I’m angry right along with everyone else. They made my daughter sick with whatever they put in her shake!
The Braum's stores are amazing local franchises that provide stellar ice-cream, breakfast and lunch/dinner fare, and decent selection of basic groceries. Clean, friendly, fast, they are a must stop if you are in the area.
It is Braums fault my butt is this big. Delicious and affordable!
I generally will not make posts or reviews regarding specific service or individuals unless the experience was that outstanding. In retail & service jobs especially now, it’s rare to find people that you can tell are genuinely happy & just well make your time spent waiting & interaction better. Lauren was amazing, very friendly & went out of her way to accommodate my extra requests with my order. Outstanding, management should give her proper positive feedback for this interaction
the best ice cream in town. that was not a lie. Maybe i'm biased. But this place is wonderful. More people should visit here. There frozen yogurt is worthy of your time as well. ?
